Supplying & laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table I of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. No. 6.30 of IRC :SP:63(2018),from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per cl.3.26 of IS : 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio ( The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per CL No.3.3 of IS :15658 ) as per Table 2 of IS : 15658 with flexural strength /breaking load as per Annexure G of IS:15658,on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design & drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per cl.8.7 of IRC SP – 63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand ,compaction, leveling and filling up of the edge gap. 100mm thick.

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in Substructure with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality, cement and water reducing admixtures, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete as per drawing and technical specification including the cost of necessary form work and staging complete as per drawing and technical specifications. Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (b) In superstructure, ground floor

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course,scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction. (f) Soling or dry pavement with one brick-on-edge laid in herring bone pattern (thickness 125 mm.)

Adding 18% GST on item serial no. 1 to 11.

Addding 1% CESS on item serial no. 1 to 12.
