Roof treatment by application ofnon toxic polyurethane modified acrylic based single component (P U Roof Coat) solvent free, cold applied polyurethane modified elastomeric waterproofing membrane with excellant UV resistant capasity as per ASTM D6083 fa water based 100% acrylic elastomeric emulsion polymer latex coating used as protective coating for roofs/ after preparing the surface by cleaning and repairing the roof cracks by cement & sand mortar (1:4), preferably with antishrinkage mortar (to be paid separately) if any, apply two coats along with a priming coat (two coats of P U Roof Coat and one coat of primer coat compatible with main product as per manufacturers specification) and reinforced with or without 20 gsm Geotextile Fleece, including the cost of primer coat and base preparation, tools & plants but excluding the cost of scaffolding and slagging complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge. (Note: If Geotextile Fleece not uesd ,the rate would be reduced by Rs. 5/~ per Sqm.)

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of 4th floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

(e) Extra for staging beyond 4 m in any floor (Mode of measurement: area in plan x mean height of staging upto soffit of shuttering above initial 4 m)

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. Supplying and application of chemical for post Installed rebar connection by using ETA approved for seismic criteria In rebar connection , including drilling hole to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush & jet of clean air, filling chemical using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error and in a voidless manner including charges for alt tools & plants. Application to be designed for post • Installed rebars as per EC2/TR023 or relevant tested and accepted design guidelines and the design document to be furnished by the manufacturer. The chemical should have ETA approval for seismic criteria of rebar fixing which should be furnished by manufacturer. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per manufacturer's specifications as approved by EIC prior to drilling along with post • installed rebar embedment design report. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hfttlng existing reinforcement in concrete during drilling. Supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality Ceramic tiles in FLOORS to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of keystones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile, setting the tiles with 2 mm thick spacer & finishing the joints with 100% stain free, chemical and temperature resistant, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal epoxy grout with approved manufacturer to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural memebrs of MS Holow Section as specified in relevent IS code in finished work. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat may be made by adding the actual weight of such items with weight of finished structural members.
