To be eligible, prospective bidders must meet one of the following criteria regarding prior work experience within the five years before the tender notice date: They must have completed similar work valued at a minimum of Rs. 11,36,247.00; or completed two similar works, each valued at a minimum of Rs. 7,57,498.00; or completed a single ongoing similar work that is at least 80% finished and valued at no less than Rs. 11,36,247.00. For ongoing work, a certificate of satisfactory progress and the absence of any penalties from the relevant Executive Engineer or equivalent authority is required. Payment certificates are not considered valid credentials. Credentials must be issued by a state/central government, government undertaking, or statutory/autonomous body. The credential certificate must clearly state the estimated/executed amount, project completion date, and client's detailed contact information. Bidders who have been debarred by any government department or PSU are ineligible. Those who failed to complete more than one contract under the department and were terminated within the last three years are ineligible for two years from the date of the last termination notice.
