SITC of 13 Passenger Lift (with Machine Room): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 13 Passenger Lift, with V3F controller with the following i) Capacity:-884 Kg (13 Passenger) ii) Speed:- 1.0 MPS, iii) Travel:- 3.6 mtrs.(approx). iv) Stops & Openings:- 2 stops 2 openings (GF & First Floor on same side), (G+1) v) Power Supply:- 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz., Alternating Current, Variation as per I.S. vi) Control:- Microprocessor based AC with V3F control (with close loop). vii) Operation:- Simplex full collective (with Auto / attendant mode) viii) Machine:- Energy efficient machine unit suitable for 884 Kg lift without gear and with M/C room ix) Clear shaft dimension:- 2500mm(W) × 2225mm(D). x) Pit Depth:- 1600 mm minimum xi) Car enclosure & False ceiling:- Stainless Steel hairline finish.

xii) Overhead:- 4800 mm approx. xiii) Indicator:- Up & Down indication arrows with standard digital display car, floor position and call registration LED indicator xiv) Car inside area:- As per Manufacturing Standard. xv) Car door:- SS centre opening automatic door provided with vision panel with V3F controlled door drive system. Doors should be minimum 2 hr fire rated. xvi) Landing doors:- SS hairline finish centre opening automatic door provided with vision panel with V3F controlled door drive system. Doors should be minimum 2 hr fire rated. xvii) Clear door opening:- Minimum 900mm(W) x 2100mm(H). xviii) Door detector systems:- Full length photocell assembly light curtain sensor. xix) Overload protection:- On overloading the lift car will not start with door remaining open and audio & display indication. xx) Emergency light & alarm:- Rechargeable battery operated alarm bell & emergency light.

xxi) Leveling accuracy:-± 5 mm. xxii) Automatic rescue device:- Battery operated ARD for automatic evacuation to the nearest floor in case of power failure / single phasing. xxiii) Main rope (STM) / Belt:- as per manufacturer's standard. xxiv) Car fan:- Lift car provided with fan with provision of getting automatic switched off in case of having no call. xxv) Car flooring:- Black granite flooring of approved colour (in lift company's scope). xxvi) Fire Man’s switch:- To be provided at ground floor landing/lobby. xxvii) Home landing:- Car will automatically come to the preset home landing when there is no call. xxviii) COP & LOP:- 1 no. COP (with start / Floor button) and 2 nos. LOP suitable for (G+1) floors with luminious push up / down, call registration indicator, digital position indicator, SS face plate etc. xxix) Voice Anounciator:- Automatic floor position announcement system. xxx) Intercommunication System:- 2 way intercom system to be provided. N.B. Rates should be quoted inclusive of minor civil works, wall / floor cutting, for making holes, extra item bracket work, if required, as per OEM's design to accomodate in the shaft for succesful installation of the lift, chiseling etc. and mending good the damages to the original finish.
