Dismentling the old water cooling tower, pipe line, luver, and other parts of tower with two pump-motor set and pipe line.

Dismentling the wall pup insulation and cleaning the wall of the existing mortuary cool room and mending good the damage wall in original finish.

SUB HEAD 2 : Cooling Chamber COOLING CHAMBER/DECOMPOSE ROOM Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 1 x Decomposed Body Room A.C Plant having following specifications: DESIRED TEMPERATURE: - 40 ⁰F ± 2 ⁰F. MORTUARY ROOM DIMENSIONS 14-0’ft x 9-0’ft x 8-0’ft - (LxDxH) - One (1) Room (for Decomposed Body Room) PLANT ROOM The plant will be installed in an adjacent room in to the mortuary. PARTICULARS OF EQUIPMENT (A) FOR EACH COMPRESSOR 1. Make EMERSON 2. Capacity in Tons –5.5 X 2 3. Refrigerant Type: (a) R –22/410A (b) Quantity per kg charges per unit. 4. Quantity of oil per Charges – 5(five) lt. per unit (for two units i.e 1 main & 1 standby) FOR EACH CONDENSING & COOLING COIL 1. Condenser – Air cooled – 2 Nos. (i.e 1 main & 1 standby) 2. Cooling Coil – 2 Nos. (i.e 1 main & 1 standby) & 1 no. Standby DESCRIPTION OF PLANT & EQUIPMENT a) 1 No. main unit: Refrigeration capacity about 60000BTUH b) 1 No. standby unit: There would be one standby condensing unit, exactly of similar specification as that of the main unit which would be inter-connected by suitable refrigeration pipe with the main units on such a way that in case of emergency this standby unit will serve the function of main unit. c) Both the main and the standby unit would be installed in the plant room adjacent to the mortuary. d) One lot refrigeration pipe line and fittings (copper tube) for inter connection between the condensing unit and diffuser unit would be included.e) Suitable automatic controls such as thermostat, meter (dial type temp.) LP/HP pressure control switch, hand shut of valve magnetic solenoid valve would be incorporated in the system for maintaining desired conditions stated below.f) There would be one forged draught cooling coil complete with fan, motor, expansion valve, deep tray and other ancillary equipments would be installed in the mortuary in suitable location.

Supply & Fixing 4” thick thermocol insulative board to be fixed within the mortuary chamber on all the three walls, ceiling & floor including necessary wooden frame work by 2” x 1½” wood pasting with cardio coat thick adhesive solution & finish with ½” thick cement plastering, providing GI mesh wire net, bolts and ‘U’ hooks. screws, nail & Providing anti-rat protection 4mm. thick standard size glass tiles will be layer inside of the chamber on the floor and three sides of the walls up to 5’—0” high before thermal insulation. Finishing the floor of the mortuary chamber by 2" thick cement concert casting after thermocole insulation with sand, cement and stone chips including neat cement finish with three wall side "U" Shape drainage arrangement by glaze tiles including supply & fixing siphon system drainage pipe. painting inside the mortuary chamber by lime wash paint. Finishing the floor of the mortuary chamber by 2" thick cement concert casting after providing anti-rat protection 4 mm thick standard size glaze tiles will be layer inside of the chamber & both side wall & front door finish with 1/2" thick cement plasting, providing anti-rat protection by 4 mm thick standard size glaze tiles.

Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of Refrigeration Unit 5.5 TR capacity for the 1 x Decomposed Body Mortuary cooler 415V. 3Ph A.C Air Cool Condensing unit complete with Sealed Unit compressor, 5.5 TR Capacity Air cooled heavy duty Copper Condenser coil, Blower Motor (18" Crompton Greaves), Receiver, Accumulator, Condenser Fan Motor, Service Valve, and LP/HP cut out Switch, Condercer Housing and Complete Angle Iron Unit base.icluding making of brick foundation & (including Stand by unit as same of main unit ) etc as suitable reqd.desirable tempreture 39 F ± 2 F.

Supply & Installation of 5.5 Ton Capacity low temperature cooling coil made by heavy duty copper pipe 5/8 " dia aluminum fin & heavy duty copper Header, distributor incl.angle Iron frame with 220 V AC 1 Ph blower motor & base including fan blade and Vibration shock absorption rubber base complete set.etc as suitable reqd.

1 One nos. adequately 4” thick insulated (against heat leakage) doors would be provided in the Cold Room, one for Main Door & One for another Cold Room Chamber on SS frame and necessary work. These doors will be completed with door gaskets, thickly plated hinges & latches, inner 4" Thick insulation outer covering with 22 SWG SS sheet & supply & Fixing of door frame with 5” x 5” & 4” x 5” X 7'Ft SS Squre frame

Making of cooling coil bass by bricks, sand and cement with required necessary masonry work inside the cooling chamber including insulation of the same by 4" thermocole, net nail, "U" hocks with plaster finish and neat cement at the top of the base to accommodate 2 no's cooling coil,

Supply & Charging R –22 Gas.

Cost of Thorough Installation of the Plant including High pressure dry Nitrogen gas pressure testing 48 hrs, with thorough system vacuum testing 48hrs,with testing the plant proper maintaining desired temperature.(Both Main & Stand by Unit ).

Cost of drawing unit suction line, Discharge line, Condenser to receiver pipe line different size & different type copper pipe line and S& Fixing Thermostat Switch, Expansion Valv, Solenoid Valv, Hand Shutoff Valv, Drier, Dial type Thermometer necessary brass flayer nut, including suction line insulation. as per direction of E.I.C

SITC including vaccumization & nitrozen of testing of following nominal size of soft / hard drawn copper refrigerent piping for package / VRV / VRF / RAC system, complete with fittings, with adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing / brazing including accessories, insulated with XLPE class O tubular insulation / with class O closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for sunction and liquid lines, all accessories as per specification etc. as required 5/8" (15.88mm) dia (soft drawn) Cu pipes (as per standard BS 864 or ANSIV 16.22) mm incl. 19mm thick insulation.

Supply & Laying PVC drain pipe 25mm dia with 6mm thick nitral rubber insulation (make-Supreme/Oriplast) NB:- (1) Any other item or items leftout from BOQ but essentially required for sucssfull completion of the work may be raised for inclusion in the scope of work during pre-bid meeting. Otherwise bidder has to consider left out items deemed to be included in the scope of work. Bidders are advised to physically visit the site in accordance with the building drawing to be provided by the Tender Inviting Authority and quote the price accordingly. (2) Any pre-bid query shall have to be brought in to notice of this office for deviaion / correction if any with due recomentation of TIA.
