Supply & delivary of 1.1KV grade 4 core 10 sq. mm. multy stranded alluminium conductor Armoured cable. [Make- Gloster/ Havells / Polycab/ KEI ]. [For 90W LED & mini pole ]

Supply & delivary of 1.1KV grade 4 core 6 sq. mm. multy stranded alluminium conductor Armoured cable. [Make- Gloster/ Havells / Polycab/ KEI ]. [For 50W LED ]

S & F compression type gland complete with brass gland, rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entry and Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. i) 4 Core 16 Sq. mm

ii) 4 Core 10 Sq. mm

iii) 4 Core 6 Sq. mm

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor /pavement / wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish Incl. following size GI [Hot Dip] Wire as Earthing as per GS. From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm incl earthing attachment in 2x 10 SWG GI [Hot Dip] Wire.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. 25 mm Dia

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. 32 mm Dia

Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply & Delivery of Hot Dip Galvanised (as per IS:2629 / IS 2633 / IS 4759 and with its latest amendment ) Octagonal Pole made of HT steel ( sheet thickness -3mm ) conforming to grade S355 of BSEN 10025 alongwith welded base plate of required size conforming to IS: 226 / 2062 with integrated Control box with required sizes studs for termination of 2 core 10 /4 Core 16 sq mm Al (Armoured ) cable incld S&F 1 No 6 Amp SP MCB ( C-Series ) for each out going circuit to the fittings with proper pad locking arrangement for the following pole -- 7 Mtr Long [Top Dia ( A / F ) - 70 mm, Bottom Dia (A / F ) -135mm] Base Plate Size : 225mm x 225mm x 16 mm. (Make : Transrail, Bajaj, Valmont, Bansal, Utkarsh).

SITC of single dip galvanized steel overhang bracket (Swan Neck Type) at the top of the pole having 1.0 M length complete with all fixing arrangements as required including painting. Double Arm

Fixing only outdoor / street light type fluorescent light fitting or MV light fitting complete with all accessories to be fixed /projected from the wall of the building incl. making holes/providing clamping arrangement & necy. GI reducer as required. S&F 40 mm GI pipe (ISI-Medium) quality 1.5 mts. average length having suitable bend S&F necy. length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required and mending good damages to wall incl. painting etc.

Supplying and fixing Mini pole on roof top by 65 mm dia..2 Mtr. Long Gl pipe medium quality With 40 mm. dia 1.5 mtr. long detachable type G.I. Single arm bracket, suitable for pole head. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 15 mm. thick stifner plate of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. properly fixing arrangement with the pole by bolts, nuts and washer as per direction of EIC. [Make: Bajaj or equivalent model of Transrail/ Valmont/Utkarsh)

Charges for providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base of pole incl. S&F 3mtr long Earth spike with S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat upto 2 mtr on muffing with GI saddles as required and connection to pole incl. bolts, nuts, washers etc. for street light wiring.

Supplying and fixing waterproof & dustproof PVC (Poly Carbonate, SMC/FRP) cable loop box[Syntex/similar] having thickness 4-6 mm comprising Neutral Link on DIN rail, 2 Pole 6 A MCB, 4way TPN Connectors Color Red with rubber gasketted, metalic hinged PVC Door or cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire including painting with anticorrosive paint as required / As per Choice of EIC. (300x250x100)mm

Supplying and fixing pipe protection from ground level to upto loop box (apoxx 1.5Mtr) & fixing with street pole incl. MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc by providing Pvc Storm Water Pipes 1.5'INCH As per Choice of EIC.

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole and mine Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. [Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole] One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming.

1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer

2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat

TIMER DB, STREET LIGHT PANEL, Kiosk etc: Supply and installation L . T. Feeder Piller Box of suitable size made of 3 mm. thick M . S . sheet and 40 mm. x 40 mm. x 5 mm .angel and 40 mm. x 5 mm. flat iron bar frame duly welded frame having suitable nos. of cable entry and out position & water shedding arrangement with one side opening system with Double door ( made of 2 MM M.S Sheet ) including railway type locking and extra body locking arrangement including supply and fixing Godrej lock with triplicate keys at both ends incl. making necessary interconnections with suitable length and gauge of copper wire having copper sockets in both ends with MCB and other components , including providing C . Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.
