Busbar section:
500V, 800 Amp capacity 99.9% – 99.5% electrolytic tinned 4 bar Copper bus bar mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification - 1 set.
The busbar is to be rigidly supported on suitable non-hygroscopic insulating materials of robust ration to with stand electromechanical stress in the event of earth fault. All connection to bus to made by suitable nuts & bolts. The busbar is too wrapped with coloured PVC (Red. Yellow, Blue & Black) for colour identifications.

Earthing:
A separate continuous GI earth busbar of size 50mm x 6mm is to be placed at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full length of the panel board atleast extended for 75 mm at both side end of panel and should have drill hole to fit in 12x50mm GI nut bolt for earth strip connection. The complete panel board is to be spray painted after required surface treatment by 7 tanks process / sand blasting with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating.
