SITC of 2.0 Tr capacity window type room Air Conditioner with refrigerent R410/R470C/R32 fitted with power saving rotary compressor having turbo cooling capacity 4935 watt suitable for operating at 230 +/- 10% 50 Hz. Single phase AC supply with minimum EER 2.73 discharge air flow volume (CFM) HxLxM 475/400/350 having features with turbo fan modes (Auto,Cool,Fan,Dry) with anti dust air filter bio/active carbon/dust air filter with Star rating- 5 with 15/20 A Plug Top (Anchor). Supply, fabrication & fixing of 2 nos L- type structure made of MS angle, whose two legs of unequal length (The dimensions of an MS Angle are typically specified by the length of each leg minimum lenght is 1 ft X 1.8 ft), forming a 90-degree angle, one side grouted/ fixed in wall and another end of both L-type structure should be welded each other by 50X50X5mm MS Angle of lenght 28.5 Inch and forming rectangular shape platform for Window AC. Both the L-type structure should supported by MS angle of lenght of 1 ft and forming cantilever type support. Cantilever Support Should be 45 degree with Wall. Two nos. 25X5 MS Flat (Lenght of 29 Inch) should be welded between mid position of Longer arms and shorter arm of L-Support. 2 nos MS angle lenght of 6 inch must be welded in end position of longer arm of L-Type support. Total structure made by 50 mmx 50 mm x 5mm MS Angle and 25 mm x 5mn flat. All the MS Iron Structure should be paint by 1 Coat of RO paint and 2 coat of Enamel Paint incl. welding, carriage and transportation, scaffolding if required, dismantling, cutting the grill/wall as required, fabrication & re-installing window grill with 2 nos. window type AC machine support with all accessories.

Supply & Fixing 26 SWG galvanized base tray for WRAC for water Storage with 1/2 inch ripple fixing by Clamping arrangment as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & fixing of 1/2 inch dia Braided PVC flexible pipe for AC Drain Water fixing.

Supply and fixing of Jubilee clamp Size: 1/2 Inch

Supply & laying of 32 mm dia PVC Drain Pipe (Medium) including S&F necessary fittings (Make: Supreme/ Oriplast/ Finolex)

S & providing ACP out door typeSheet to cover/close the outside hot air into the UPS Room for better service of AC/UPS including the cost of 3 mm thick ACP sheet as per manufacturer's specification to the existing wall/light partition/window on the frame work fabricated from Aluminium hollow rectangular section of size 50mm x 25mm (2mm thick) & duly suspended/fixed by Aluminium hollow rectangular section of size 50mm x 38mm (2mm thick) and silicon sealent complete in all respect incl. all necy items as per direction of EIC.
