Supply and installation of Auto Tip-up, Seat Slider, Push Back Auditorium Chair. Frame : Back Rest frame of ERW Tube / IS:3074-2005 (Grade-1) : 16 mm dia. round pipe 1.2 mm thick and extra reinforcement of 16 mm dia. round pipe 1.2 mm thick. Cushion Frame (Seat) : ERW Tube / IS:3074-2005 (Grade-1) : 19 mm dia. round pipe 1.2 mm thick. The wing component has rectangular frame with side wing frame with plywood with upholstery and Leg : Square tube IS:4923-1997 : 25 x 25 mm, 1.63 mm thick. For Auto Tip-up : Torsion Spring / Spring Steel IS:4454 1981 (Grade-3 Part-I) : Tested for 500000 cycles. The chair has Automotive Grade High Resilience HR Polyurethane foam with Density : 50+5 Kg./Cum. (JIS K 6401). The Back Rest of this pushback chair has slider 60mm travels with metal ball and roller cage which results in push back of 140+10 mm should have flexibility to restrict movement of the pushback and slider as per availability of aisle space.

All fasteners are Zinc Passivated. All exposed and visible parts shall be powder coated. Height of top of the back from ground level is 1030±15 mm. Seat cushion dimensions are in-line with Anthropometric Data and Ergonomically Profiled Contours. The armrest will be of solid wood and the center to center distance of the chair will have two options of 21” and 22”. The fabric used is heavy duty 100% polyester dyed yarn with 3+0.5 mm foam backing resultant. The chairs must have provision for lights on sides for seats along the aisles. (Polypropylene housing with 12 mm Watt lamp and the row numbering for seats along the aisles). 2 mm alluminium cutouts with row numbering A, B, C has to be provided along with seat numbering on back and tip-up portion 2mm aluminium oval strips with seat numbering 1, 2, 3. The product should be from manufacturer having ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BIFMA, ROHS, IGBC, Indian Design Mark and SGS Certificate and as per approved drawing, design and specification.
