Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting *Upto 4core 25 sq mm with 2X10SWG GI (H.D.) Wire.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe (TATA-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required.[Road & Drain Crossing,base to pole loop box] 40mm dia

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : For 4core 25 sq mm.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. For 4core 25 sq mm.

For 4core 10 sq mm.

Supply and erection of Galvanised steel tubular pole of 8 mtr long swaged type as per IS: 2713,410 SP-11. weight of 83 kg. approx, (TATA/JINDAL) (ISI-M) along with soul plate & cap arrangement at CC basement ,Transportation at site sizing, Erection of tubular pole 1.50 M under the ground and above ground 6.50 M by excavating any kind of soil of size having 600x600x 150mm thick CC foundation filling by Cement, Sand, Stone chips of size (30-40mm) at a ratio 1:2:4 base block of 300x300x6mm below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal & along with CC muffing (1:3:6) by cement concrete of size 0.4 x 0.4 x 0.4 M above the ground level incl. a layer of neat cement finish of 3mm thick and fixing GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage charges of pole from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly and painting with anti corrosive paint (1st coat of red oxide & double coat of Al paint), Cable entry hole,earthing hole,nuts bolts etc. as per direction of EIC. i)Bottom length 4.50Mtr.,dia of 114.3mm with thickness of 4.50mm. ii)Middle length 1.75 Mtr.,dia of 88.9mm with thickness of 4.05mm. iii)Top length 1.75 Mtr.,dia of 76.1mm with thickness of 3.25mm.

Supply & Fixing 1.0 Mtrs to 1.5 Mtrs. Long 40mm dia G.I pole top arm bracket(Normal/curved structure/As per site requirement) with sleeves, decorative pole cap jam-nuts etc as required with painting by one coat red led and one cote of synthetic enamel paint .(Octagonal Pole Header) [Same brand as pole make] i)single Arm .

Supply & Drawing 1.1Kv grade single core stranded 3X1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated, unsheathed multi-stranded copper wire (Finolex/ Havells/RR/EIC Approved) from the loop box/Junction box to light fittings through pole in PVC Poly-thene pipe and making necy. connections as reqd.

Supply & Fixing of outdoor street light fitting arm header, complete with all access. to be projected from the wall of the building incl. making drilled holes & providing clamping arrangement & necy. Supply & delivery of self supporting wheeled extension ladder very strong (VS) aluminium made wheel size of 8" dia to Hindalco with hinges ,tool tray,safety belt,adjustable platform, side support and rope and pully system for extension & lowering the ladder & periodical maintanance upto the 1year after the date of delivery at the site .Hindalco(VS) Al ladder/ Kalco make K-7009-(VS)(14ft+14ft+14ft).....openable hight : 24ft.

SITC of 2Nos. normal glow sign board (by LED Tube light) fabricated with 25x25x6mm m.s angle & 25mmx6mm M.S flat front side of the board making arrangement made with M.S angle incl. Provision for fixing the poly carbonate sheet facia approved color (3mm thick) with computarised lettering in blue base white lettering rigidly fixed on angle iron frame and 25mm x 25mmX3mm al angle with nuts bolts washers etc for fixing the facia backside incl. four side of the board cover with 20SWG al sheet ,water tight rubber gasketted etc.the facia should be illuminated with 4ft long, 2100lm,20watt LED tube light fittings,(quantity as per size of the board & recuirement to proper illuminate the board) incl. making arrangement for fixing the board incl. painting the inside of the board by synthetic enamel white coloured paint as per direction of EIC fixing the glow sign board on wall by cutting and making holes on wall or at the gate structure for resting the sign board incl. 2nos MS angle as vertical member same as on horizontal member on other face (25x25x6mm incl drilling holes,nuts, bolts,washers,screws etc. as required to fix rigidly in wall or gate structure (Horizontal member) & 40x40x6mm (Vertical Member) as per direction of EIC) incl. mending good the damages to the original finish as per direction of EIC. *(12FtX4Ft)

S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered/ welded with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. complete duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar ( 4:2:1), including thimble joints of 7/16 SWG wire and (25 x 6) mm GI strip with SS nuts, bolts & washers.

Supply & fixing of 25 mm x 6 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) flat / strips for Horizontal & Vertical run on wall / floor with GI shaddles as required including drilling holes, bolts, nuts, washers, etc./ and mending good the damages to building works .

Cutting cornices/ steps etc. including cutting recess in buildings etc. & supply & fixing 15 mm bore (ISI-Medium) GI pipe protection as below and mending good damages to the building works: i) Length upto 0.5 Mtr

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for LC installation, per storey of building per vertical run.

Supply & Fixing of Testing Joints by 25 mm x 6 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) strip 125 mm long on wall after making suitable arrangement to establish a clearance of 50mm from wall for making junction connection with vertical conductor and conductor from earth electrode complete with S & F GI bolts, nuts, check-nuts, spring washers etc. as required.

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium) 3.0 Mts. long with welded 2 nos. half circle bracket made of GI strip (65 x 8) mm. with two holes on extended portion of the each strip of length min. 250 mm , and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.

Supply, Laying & Fixing of 50mm x 6mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip in underground trench for interconnection between the Earth Points by joining .

Jointing for Horijontal & vertical run of GI strip through welded joint of (25 x 6) mm or (50 x 6) mm GI Strip to Lap joints/ 'T' joints, etc. and painting the joints with 2 (two) coats of bituminous paint.
