Supplying & fitting of 55mm thick asbestos free - fire, heat and smoke resistant composite Fire check Door Shutter complying with fire performance- FD120 as per IS:3614 (part -II)-comprising of 2x8 mm Calcium Silicate boards over Chemically treated (with Fire retardant chemicals in pressure impregnation vessels under 160 psi pressure as per IS:401 and kiln seasoned to moisture below 15% as per IS:1141) internal timber (Malaysian Hard Wood, densified to 810 kg/cum ) frame work of 100 mm x32 mm with 32mm thick infill of ceramic fiber (density 128Kg/cum), vermaculite mix faced with 3 mm Fire retardant High Density fire board, internally lipped with hardwood beading, and pasted in Hydraulic Press under 25 MPa, spray coated with 2 coats of in-tumescent paint of minimum 300 micron, and with single row of Brush- Type intumescent strip of size 10 mm x 4 mm affixed on peripheral slit on all edges of shutter except bottom for fire and smoke sealing , without any external lipping including fitting ,fixing shutters in position but excluding the cost of hinges & other fittings as per direction of Engineer -in -charge complete in all respect in Ground Floor.

Supplying and application of chemical for rebar anchoring by using ETA approved for seismic criteria in rebar connection, Including drilling hole to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush& jet of clean air, flllng resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error and in a voldless manner Including charges for all tools & plants. Application to be designed for rebars as per EC2/TR023 or relevant tested and accepted design guidelines and the design document to be furnished by the manufacturer.The chemical should have ETA approval for seismic criteria of rebar fixing which should be furnished by manufacturer. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per manufacturer's specificationsas approved by EIC prior to drilling. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hitting existing reinforcement in concrete. iVjCost of rebar with rebar chemical for 16mm dia per cm of depth

Providing and fixing 97 mm thick partition with height up to 3800 mm with GI stud (with superior and complete serrated surface conforming to AZ150 as per IS 15961 and yield strength of 300 mpa conforming to IS 513) which includes single layer of tapered sdge 12.5 mm thick Fireline/ Firestop Board (conforming to IS 2095 Part 1:2011/EN520:2004, Type-F/ASTM C1396, TYPEX) of size 1219x2438 mm is screw fixed to C-stud,70 x 34 x 36 x 0.5 mm C-stud (Material-IS513, Y/S-300Mpa, Finish-AZ150 (IS 15961) placed at 407 mm c/c in 72 x34 x 36 x 0.5 mm {Material-IS 513, y/s-300Mpa, Finish-AZ150 (Is 15961)} floor and ceiling channel. Floor & Ceiling channel is anchord to the floor & True ceiling using Rawl Plug Ø8x45 mm {Material IS 513 CRI grade, Zinc coating, Pull out Load-608kN for M30 concrete grade} anchor fastenersat 600 mm c/c in zig zag manner. Floor channel to be wrapprd with 70µ Self Adhesive LDPE moisture barrier film to further improve corrosion resistance performance. 12.5 mm thick Fireline/Firestop board strip of 72 mm is placed between ceiling channel and RCC slab when fire rating is more than 30 min. A noggain channel {Material-IS 513,Y/S-300 Mpa, Finish-AZ150 (IS 15961)} of 70x40x40x0.5mm width has to be provided at the horizontal joints of the two boards. Fireline/Firestop board to be screw fixed with drywall screws of 25 mm at minimum spacing of 300mm at centre and 150mm at periphery. 50 mm Glass wool slab of density 20kg/Cubic metre shall be placed in metal framework. Glass wool holding clip should be used to hold Glass wool slab in its position. Finally squre and tapered edges of the are to be jointed and fished so as to have a flush look which includes filing and finishing with Gypsum jointing Compound Air Dry (conforms to ASTM C475), Joint Paper tape or fibre tape, The junction of the partition with masonary & all penetration through the partition has to be treated with fire and aqustic sealant. All the above mentioned technical parameters will be approved based on third party certification from the manufacturere and direction of Engineer in Charge all complete.
