Erection of HDG Octagonal pole muffing with cement concrete square foundation made with stone chips, PCC-100mm(1:3:6) of base block RCC(1:1.5:3), size (0.609×0.609×0.461mtr) below ground level. And upper portion size 0.406×0.406×1.22mtr. The hole concrete foundation made with 10mm dia, TMT Bar 0.15mtr apart(Horizontally & Vertically) cage structure. The muffing should be 0.304mtr above the ground level incl. 1.5mm thick neat cement finish upto 0.762mtr. from top level. 04 nos. 20/25mm dia 1.67mtr. length GI FDN Bolts with Nuts inside the muffing with 10mm thick base plate by welding accordingly matching with the HDG pole base plate hole. incl. 02nos 30mm dia polythene pipe inside the center of muffing for passing 02 nos cables.

Cement Concrete road cutting avg. dept. 1.5 ft x avg. width. 1.5ft including mending finishing good damages to original finish concrete floor by net cement concrete.

Inter connection of compound light fittings by 4 x 4 Sq. mm. PVC insulated copper wire ( Finolex/Polycab/Havells)from loop box inside the pole to light fittings through pole & bracket with Pricision MMS PVC pipes as per direction of EIC

Supply & fixing 80 mm dia HDPE and laying along the pavement as per direction of E.I.C.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 25 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. For Soft Soil

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages
