Supply & Laying of 4 core 16 sq mm PVC Aluminium Armoured cable (Gloster/Polycab/KEI) in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 4 core 16 sq mm PVC Aluminium Armoured cable

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :----i) 4 core 16 sq. mm PVC/Al armoured cable

S&F 8 mm Steel rope multistrand of suitable size for carrying submersible pump motor set for antisleep protection.

Cost for jointing the 3 core submersible flat cable including S/F water proof jointing materials.

Connecting the Starter & angle Iron frame to earth busbar including S & F 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.

Making one no supporting arrangement for pipe line with 2 nos sluice valve, one no non-return valve incl. washout arrangement near tubewell on brick foundation as required as per direction of the EIC.

Supply & Installation of M.S. fabricated O.D. type feeder pillar box having overall dimention of 1200 mm x 900 mm x 375 mm . the body & upper portion of the pillar box made of 3 mm thick M.S. Shet & bottom portion with 10 mm. thick M.S. Plate rigidly fixed by nuts, bolts & washer etc. with 40 mmx 40 mm x 6 mm M.S. Angle & 25 rnm x 6 mm M.S. Flat. The pillar box having both sides opening with suitable handle in each door with double locking arrangement is to be provided with Godrej Almirah type lock with 3 nos. key. additional provision for pad locking & supply of Godrej Navtal duplicate key lock is also to be provided mechanical locks with top & bottom. Provision for ventilation grill should be rectangular shape made of M.S. Plate duly welded to lateral sice. The central ventilation spout at starting surface of the top pillar box. Provision for 2 nos. earthing terminal 25x6 mm G.I. Flat having suitable nuts, bolts, washer for connecting the accessories. Necessary interconnection between incoming & outgoing surface by suitable size Cu. Flat/wire duly sleeved & insulated. Finishing the end by socketing & providing glands as required. The pillar boxboth inside & outside is to be painted with two coats of Aluminium paint over one coat of red lead primer & M.S. Channel of size 80 mm x 50 mm with nuts & bolts at bottom portion with two coats of black annealed paint after finishing the surface properly. The internal E.I. works of pillar box should be suitable to withstand 2 KV. for one minute. The all fabrication work should be done as per direction of E.I.C.
