Extraction of concrete core (75 mm dia & up to 150 mm depth ) using rebar locator, preparation of the sample and determination of carbonation depth as per relevant IS code from any NABL accredited laboratory and submission of test reports in 6(six) copies with making necessary arrangement of temporary barricading at the test location and clearing the site after test all complete including all incidental charges and taxes.

Removal of existing 75 mm thíck bitumínous wearing coat over bridge deck by manual means before extraction of concrete core.

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete

Supplying preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementitious micro concrete having no metallic aggregate or chlorides for filling up the core location after extraction from bridge deck .The micro concrete should achieve compressive strength not less than 10 Mpa after 24 hours, 40 Mpa after 7 days and 50 Mpa after 28 days at 30 degree Celcious. It should have unstrained expansion in between 1% to 4 %, flexural strength should not be less than 5 Mpa after 28 days. Micro Concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that post concrete. The laying of micro concrete should be done with proper workmanship so that it matches with the adjacent formation level, complete in all respect including all incidental charges and taxes.

Drone Videography of the Bridge: Site visits by qualified and experienced civil engineer for visual inspection by videography using X6 Plus Drones- Multi rotor (Quad Copter) and submission of videography of the structure including photographic evidence( in 6 copies) and Preparation of Distress drawings ( in 6 copies) including structural crack- crack mapping using crack gauge, identifying delamination, spalling/ honycombed areas, damp locations , discolorations etc. Marking damaged areas on drawing for record and future references, complete in all respect including all incidental charges and taxes.

Preparing of DPR with Recommendations Suggestion for remedial measures based on data of visual inspection and NDT testes, drafting material specification for specific need of the structure, providing general drawings for repair methods etc. in 6( six) copies , complete in all respect including all incidental charges and taxes.

Preparing bill of quantities -BOQ based on repair methodology and specifications in 6( six) copies , complete in all respect.
