Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferably upto full diameter by wire brush, applying two coats of polymer based rust removing compound left for 24 hours, removing the coating and then applying two (2) coats of polymer modified anti corrosive protective coating formulated to inhibit the corrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification][Mode of measurement:The affected surface area of reinforcement shall be considered for payment]

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Supplying and laying true to line and level Double Charge Vitrified Tiles of approved brandconforming to IS 15622: 2006 (Group B I a) and tested as per IS 13630:2006 (relevant parts) [Non-modular sizes for tiles with Water Absorption (av.) ≤ 0.08 %] in floor, skirting etc. set in 20 mm thick sand cement mortar (1:4) bed prepared after application of slurry using 1.75Kg of cement per Sqm over the base and 2mm thick cement slurry using cement @2.91Kg./sqm at the back side of the tiles and laid over the mortar bed using 0.2 kg/sqm of White cement used for joint filling with approved pigment as directed and removal of wax coating of top surface of tiles with warm water and polishing the tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials,Iabour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: This work should not be executed without specific permission of Superintending Engineer).a) ln Ground FIoor:(size not Iess than 600mmX 600 mm X 9.5mm thick)

Polymer concrete made with water resistant bonding agent of synthetic rubber emulsion as per manufacturer's specification excluding the cost of cement concrete (2.75 Kg / bag of cement) Note : Payment on volume of (1 : 1½ : 3) Concrete

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 15 mm thick plaster

Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor)

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats) i) Standard Quality.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC.In Ground Floor: (b) Two Coats.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat).b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

(a) Priming one coat on Steel or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) -(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Iron catch hook of approved quality fitted and fixed to shutter and chowkat.(b) 6mm dia x 225mm long

ii) Brass hasp bolt of approved quality fitted and fixed complete (oxidised) with 16mm dia rod with centre bolt and round fitting. (b) 250mm long

Iron socket bolt of approved quality fitted and fixed complete (c) 150mm long x 10mm dia bolt

Taking out old brass hinges and fitting, fixing the same with new brass screws.(d) 125mm. Long but hinge.

Renewing hinged cleat with old hinge and new screws iii) Local Sal.

Taking out door and window shutters and rehanging the same with old fittings (a) With new iron screws.

Supplying, fitting and fixing bib cock or stop cock. (a) (i) Chromium plated Bib Cock short body (Equivalent to Code No. 511 & Model - Tropical / Sumthing Special of ESSCO or similar brand).

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc.complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately)(a) For Exposed Work PVC Pipes(Dia)15 mm

Supplying, fitting and fixing 10 litre P.V.C. low-down cistern conforming to I.S. specification with P.V.C. fittings complete,C.I. brackets including two coats of painting to bracket etc.

Wash basin vitreous china of approved make (without fittings) supplied,fitted and fixed in position on 75mm X 75 mm X 75 mm wood blocks and C.I. brackets including two coats of painting of C.I. brackets.(ii) 550 mm X 400 mm size.

Supplying, fitting and fixing stainless steel sink complete with waste fittings and two coats of painting of C.I. brackets.(a) Sink only.(i) 530 mm X 430 mm x 180 mm.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Anglo-Indian W.C. in white glazed vitreous china ware of approved make complete in position with necessary bolts, nuts etc.(b) With 'S' trap (with vent).

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
