Provision for Partition walls of Cabins in the bus toilet made out of 33mm thick Pseudo Puf Sandwich cladded with 1.2 mm SS 304 grade mat surface sheet etc. all complete as per direction of EIC..

Supplying, fitting & fixing main door (one front and one rear side) of size 0.78 m X 2.05 m having peripheral framework made out of 1.5 mm thick 38 mm Square Hollow Sections (SHS) and a middle horizontal section of 1.5 mm thick 38 mm Square Hollow Sections {SHS) and cladded with 1.2 mm SS 304 grade mat surface sheet on both sides and filled inside with Pseudo PUF panel sandwich as provided in wall panel (total thickness is +/- 45 mm) with adequate SS guide channel around the periphery. MS door frame of angle 50 X 50 x 6 mm to be provided which will be duly welded with existing MS framework including all necessary extra steel sections for better support, all necessary door fittings such as door hinges, handles and tower bolts of Chrome finish and of approved make as required all complete as per direction of EIC..

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC framed louvers window of suitable size shall be provided in the door and other earmarked positions of the cabins etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing doors of size 0.75 M X 1.8 M made of sandwich panels / pseudo- puff etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Fixing of the existing Aluminum Checker Plate flooring which is firmly fixed with surface mat (1.2 mm PVC or 4mm Green Floor foot mat / 6 mm cushion noodle flooring), provided with grating for water drainage. The Bio-digester tank beneath will also have a double flange to ensure no water drips outside from the floor etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Priming of all the MS framework sections with one coat of metal primer of approved make, colour and shade and all external & exposed surfaces of MS sections including bottom framework shall be finished with two coats of enamel paint of approved make, colour and shade. The CRCA sheet shall be primed with two coats of metal primer and finished with two coats of epoxy paint of approved make, colour and shade. All painting work will be machine finished all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing SS 304 grade EWC with standard accessories such as C_P_ brass angle valve, connection hose, 1.5 litre low level PVC flush tank, white solid plastic Seat cover & Lid, C.P. brass health faucet and C.P. brass two-way stop cock, SS 304 wash basin with standard accessories such as C.P. brass angular valve, PVC connector , C.P. Pillar cock, mirror, PTMT Towel rod & PTMT soap dispenser with chromium plated etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing shower head with hand shower all accessories such as C_P_ brass angular valve, PVC connector, C.P. brass two-way stop cock, PTMT Towel rod & PTMT soap dish with chromium plating etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing Cabinet Mirror of appropriate size of approved make brand etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing approved make FRP overhead locker of appropriate size etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

SITC of 0.5 HP mono block centrifugal Pump of reputed brand / approved make with 1” dia flexible rolled pipe of 50 mtr length etc. all complete as per direction of EIC

Supplying, fitting & fixing 4(four) seater Cushioned comfortable, MS framed low height retractable sofa with 75/100 mm foam as seating and backrest stitched with washable fabric as per approved color (1.5 m X 0.45 m) etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing single bed (semi medical) (0.915 m X 1.8 m) with provision to have adjustable headboard and leg area which can act as a emergency first aid area too in case of emergency requirements etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing 1000 litres capacity PVC Water storage tank with all necessary fittings etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing FRP Bio-digester tank of 1450 litres capacity as per Buoyancy Proportion provided underneath the chassis frame with all necessary fittings etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing CPVC pipes of approved make with all necessary accessories for internal water supply line and UPVC pipes of approved make with all necessary accessories for waste line connections etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.

Each cabin of the Pre-fabricated toilet block shall be provided with 1 nos. of 9W LED lamps, 1 No of 150 mm Sweep UPVC Exhaust fan with bird louver (to be provided on the wall opposite to the door of the Toilet block at a convenient height). Provide Cove LED Lamp in corridor, seating area, wellness area and driver’s cabin for sufficient illuminations . 12” high-speed branded wall mounted fans to be provided at the seating area & wellness area. All electrical wiring to be concealed and neatly connected to centralized switch board near driver cabin and with provision for 2 way switch in each cabin / latch operated lighting system to ensure power savings when not in use. All electrical to be connected through a heavy duty inverter with optional arrangement to draw power / recharge through solar power by an appropriate changeover switch. All electrical to have provision of single pole MCB.- (without considering solar)

SITC of 6.5 KVA mini-generator se t of reputed brand for effective power backup of upto 6-8 hrs with all accessories including cable work etc. all complete as per direction of EIC.
