Erection of 3 mtr steel tubular pole on CC foundation (0.6 X 0.6 X 1.70 mts), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.60 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly and 02 nos. 32 mm dia polythene pipe inside the center of the muffing for passing 02 nos. cable as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 4 Nos. M24X 750 mm foundation bolt in pole foundation as per EN-8 Grade manufactured from stainless steel along with nuts, washers, and templates in muffing (during errection of muffing) as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 4 nos. M16 X 600 mm long foundation bolt in pole foundation as per from stainless steel along with nuts, washers and templates as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of 0.6 mtr radius HDG circular bracket suitable for fixing 4 Nos. LED Fittings as per direction of EIC.

S & F of Decorative Ring Post top 40/45 W LED for 360° indirect light with (IP 65/66) made up of Aluminum Die Cast and Extruded Pipe with Powder Coating, with Frosted Diffused Flat PMMA sheet. fixture consist of Open & Short circuit protection, reverse polarity protection and surge protection 5KV Inbuilt. External 10KV SPD, CRI70, THD10%, PF0.95, CCT 3000K, BIS approved, minimum system output 3600 lumen suitable for use with 230Volt, 50Hz.with necessary connection (Make: Philips/Wipro/Surya) as per direction of EIC. Supply & Fixing of an outdoor feeder pillar box, which will be constructed with a 5 mm thick canopy and a 3 mm thick body made from CRCA sheet steel. The box will include appropriate ventilation, legs, and earthing terminals. It will feature a double-door opening on one side, complete with gaskets and locking mechanisms. The dimensions of the feeder pillar box will be 600 mm (height) x 600 mm (width) x 450 mm (depth), or as per the direction of EIC. The installation will include a brick and concrete foundation, positioned 600 mm above ground level and a minimum of 450 mm below ground level. Once the installation is complete, the ground surface around the foundation will be restored using sifted soil to match the original site condition. The feeder pillar box will be powder-coated with an appropriate color as directed by the EIC. The box will incorporate following items: INCOMER: (a) S&F of 415V, 63A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. 63 A DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.l (Make LK ) -1no. (b) 415 V, 100 A electrolyte grade 4 nos tinned copper bus bar with vertical section for phase & Nutral Bars.The Bus Bar shall be fixed with FRP chair & the entire bars are insulated with PVC heat Shrinkable sleeve of suitable size & color as per direction of EIC- 1 Set. Supplying of 1.1 KV Grade, 4 core 16 sq. mm XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable conforming to IS 7098, of earthed system of following size. [ Make : Polycab / Havells / RR Kabel ]

Laying only 4 core 16 sq. mm Cable through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/HDPE Pipe/open masonary trench.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured 4 core 16 sqmmcables.

Finishing the end of 4 core 16 sqmm XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

Inter connection of compound light fittings by 3 x1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated copper wire [ Make : Polycab / Havells / RR Kabel ] from loop box inside the pole to light fittings through pole & bracket with Pricision MMS PVC pipes as per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of following sizes 40 mm dia HDPE pipe.

Laying of HDPE pipe of the following sizes in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, including filling the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.
