Labour for picking up existing metalled road surface to a specified average depth, including screening and stacking the pavement materials.c) For average depth above 75 mm but not exceeding 150 mm by manual means: (i) Stone-metal surface

Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. Depth 300 mm to 450 mm th.

Supplying, spreading and compacting Medium Sand to required thickness, in layers not exceeding 150 mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction, including lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by ramming wherever necessary

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material (pakur variety), mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade and camber, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, guarding, barricading, including cost of all materials, machinery, tools and plants including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (pakur variety) to Wet Mix Macadamspecification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials, machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per Clause 803 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Supplying fitting and fixing R.C. guard post 1.37m long with C.C. 1:2:4 with graded stone chips of 13.2mm down casting , curing complete including cost of providing 4nos.of 12mm dia. rod of length 1.54m as main reinforcement and 6 nos. of round shaped 8mm dia rods used as binders; the placing of the first binder should be at 75mm below the top finished surface and the other 5 nos of binders should be placed at 245mm c/c ; the guard post is of octagonal section with inscribed circle of dia 24cm at the base tapering to corresponding dimensions of 16cm at the top including two coats of painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and grade to form 6 nos. horizontal alternate bands in white/tannery yellow and black to 90 cm length standing up above ground after mending good damages if any during striking off shuttering, making hole in ground of 47cm depth and 30cm. minimum dia, fixing the guard posts in the same holes and repacking the earth properly so as to keep the guard posts standing properly erect in correct position true to line and length including carriage of R. Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table I of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC : SP: 63 (2018, from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl.No 3.26 of IS:15658 and a specified size and shape with aspect ratio ( The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per Cl.No.3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS: 15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS: 15658,on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading bof bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and fillingbup the gap in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl.No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of vbedding and joint filling sand,compaction,lavelling and filling up of the edge gap. 80 MM thick,Grey

Plain Cement Concrete M30 in open foundation using Concrete Minture Machine with coarse aggregates(Pakur Variety) of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone, both of approved quality, cement and water reducing admixtures,as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete as per drawing and technical specification including the cost of necessary form work and staging complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

PROTECTIVE WORK Pretective work with walling with eucallyptus bullah piling 150mm dia. 1.5mtr. (average) high and 5.00 mtr. Long driven 3.00m (av.) below G.L. and 350mm c/c including fitting and fixing 3 nos half of eucalyptus pieces (From 10 cm dia E/C bullah) including cost of necessary nails, bolt, buts etc. providing 2.00 mtr to 3.00 mtr long E/C bullah ties of 10 cm dia 2.25m C/C fixed with 10cm dia E/C bullah posts driven from 1.50 mtr below G.L. including cost of all materials & two coal tarring to all E/C bullah etc. complete as direction of E.I.C

Supplying of empty cement bag filling with good earth and placing them properly at the back of the pilling as per specification and filling of earth at the flank in between pilling and existing flank .etc

CULVERT REPAIRING WORK Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as worn out concrete by sand blasting with air compressor including all materials, hire charges of machineries and labour etc. all complete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric: Tack weld.

Removing corroded worn out portion of reinforcement (when the area of baris damaged by more than 25%) by cutting and replacing the same by a new plain round bar of requisite diameter by binding with required lap / weldingwith old bar, including cost of reinforcement, complete in all respect including removing unserviceable materials from site as per direction of theEngineer - in - charge. Note : Payment on weight (Kg.) of new reinforcement.

Providing anti-corrosive protective coating to inhibit the corrosion to HYSD reinforcements including two coats of anti-corrosive coatings of consumption as per manufacturer's specification, cleaning etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete.

Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar (25 mm nominal thick) applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical specification.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per technical specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with cement/Epoxy.

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. Where staging is not required.

Polymer concrete made with water resistant bonding agent of synthetic rubber emulsion as per manufacturer's specification excluding the cost of cement concrete (2.75 Kg / bag of cement) Note : Payment on volume of (1 : 1½ : 3) Concrete.

Painting the vertical end faces of posts, wheel guards or railing or parapet with alternate bands of different colours as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with approved synthetic enamel paint.
