M.S. works in brackets made from flats, angles, tees etc. to sizes specialy bent, twisted, forged; making holes drilled and fitted to rafter of trusses with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc. (length of straight not less than 230 mm)

(a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (Add extra @ 1% for each addl. floor upto 4th floor and @ 1.25% for each addl. floor above 4th floor) (i) Grill weighing above 10 Kg./sq.mtr and up to 16 Kg./sq. mtr.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 20 mm thick plaster

Supplying, fitting and fixing single skin color coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding, Roof shall be made of 0.45 mm BMT (Base Metal Thickness) (0.50mm TCT) (Total coated thickness excluding paint), G550 (min 550 yeild strength), of Zincalume metallic coating (ISI5965) with high Solar Reflection Index (SRI) value for better cooling as per thermatech technology, 1000-1015 mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28mm high rib spaced at 203 mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc-tin alloy coated, hex head, self-drilling screw as per IS 3566-2002 Class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc-alluminium alloy Zincalume (AZ150) (i.e. 55% Al, 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre-painted with color bond XRW (xterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyester Paint (SDP) with stable inorganic pigment with no lead content conforming ISI 5965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval conforming genuinity of the material. (i) In Roof:- a) With 0.5 mm thick sheet

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric: (a) Tack weld

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor: (a) One Coat

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted with ordinary cement). Using grey cement (ii) 25 mm. thick

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) c) Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Supplying profiles of required section made of Aluminium Alloy Extrusions conforming to IS: 732-1983 and IS: 1285- 1975; Annodized (with required film thickness and specified colour / natural) matt finished conforming to IS: 1868-1983 for fabrication of composit door, sliding & casement windows, partitions, formed of basic sections of any ISI embossed / certified make and brand as per direction of Engineer - In-Charge. (Payment will be made on finished length of the work). (A) In 10-12 Micron thickness Annodizing film I) Natural white k) Movable door shutter. i) Door frame. (Top & sides).

Labour charge for fabrication and installation of composite door, window, partitions made from annodized extruded alloy aluminium sections for the following units:- (D) Partly glazed and partly panelled partition or fixed glazing made of extruded and anodised alloy aluminium sections, fabrications after cutting to proper shape and size, drilling and aligning fitted with inbuilt locking arrangement cutting the glass / board (prelaminated / particle / block) to requisite shape and size moulding the edges fitted and fixed glazing clips and dry set neoprine /EPDM gasket, along with all other necessary arrangements for fixing the partition to walls, floors, beams, columns polysulphide sealant for water proofing if necessary complete in all respect as per drawing and specifications and direction of the Engineer in charge. I) For partitions using section of size: a) 63.50 mm x 38.10 mm

Supplying EPDM gusket of approved make and brand as per direction of Engineer in charge. iii) weather gasket / wool pile for door vertical.

Providing and fixing exterior quality Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) wall cladding on existing Al. /MS frame work with GI brackets, ACP fixed on the existing frame work by folding the edges of ACP panel (Engraving the rear surface of ACP sheet) with CP angles, cleats and strainless Steel screws forming groves at the periphery of ACP panel. Such grooves filled with foam and silicon sealant etc. complete with all materials (but including the cost of silicon sealant), labour, scaffolding and all other incidental charges complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Mode of payment is on finished surface area of ACP) (b) 4mm thick (0.50mm Al.+3.0mm LDPE +0.50mm Al. PVDF coating)

Supplying Glazing Silicon of approved make and brand for fixing of Glass on Sub-frame as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for Structural Glazing/Curtain wall etc. Glazing Silicon for fixing Glass on Sub frame.

Constructing Inspection pit to a depth of 1.5 metre (inside), 250 mm thick 1st class brick work (1:4) in all sides over a layer of jhama brick soling and 150 mm thick cement concrete with stone chips (1:3:6) including necessary earth work, fitting and fixing approved type S.W. master trap, constructing masonry invert with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with stone chips, plastering inside and outside (outside upto 300 mm below G.L.) with 20 mm thick cement plastering (1:4) and neat cement punning, including supplying,fitting and fixing one 560 mm. dia R.C.C. manhole cover of approved make with R.C.C. slab of 100 mm thick with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with stone chips including necessary reinforcement (upto 1%) and shuttering and necessary corbelling brick work (1:4) so that the R.C.C. cover slab rests 150 mm above adjucent G.L., cement plaster (1:4) 10 mm thick on all external surfaces of the top slab as directed complete in all respect and removal of surplus earth with all costs of labour and materials (excluding the cost of master trap only).
