Alternator Specification :- Make : STAMFORD / KIRLOSKAR GREEN / Greaves Power/ Leroy Somer. Enclosure : IP 23 Voltage Regulation : ±1% Class of Insulation : H Class Max. Un-balance Load accross Phase : ≤ 20%

Mounting Arrangement :- Engine & Alternator are to be mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads.

Acoustic Enclosure :- The acoustic enclosure is made of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet in Munsel shade and a structure / sheet metal base frame painted in black.The acoustic enclosure is to be specially designed to meet stringent MoEF /CPCB of 75 dBA @ 1 mtr at 75 % load under free field condition. High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade of acoustic Insulation material (Foam) complying to IS 8183 is to be used. Two point Lifting for easy handling at customer site with 11 tank pretreatment process and UV resistant powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment must be assured.Air inlet louvers is to be specially designed to operate at rated load PGBU.

Control Panel :- The control panal is to be manufactured with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet with power coated paint. The control panel consists of following parts:- (i) AMF Controller (ii) Copper bus bars with suitable capacity with incomming-outgoing terminals (iii) Indicating lamps for 'Load, Charge, Fault, Fuel etc'. (iv) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled (v) MCCB of suitable raiting with overload and short circuit protections.

Generator Set Controller :- Microprocessor based generator set monitoring and controlling system. The control provides a simple operator interface to the generator set, manual and remote start/stop control shutdown, fault indication and an LCD hour counter. TERMS & CONDITIONS: (i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc. (ii) All materials, equipment’s & accessories must conform to relevant IS / IEC specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment. (iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competent Authority (As per CPCB-II). (v) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer/OEM. (vi) The entire set must be warranted at least 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However, Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier.
