Pole & Accessories Type 6 M MS Hot Dip Galvanized Tubular Pole with base Plate and Foundation bolts with single arm bracket Panel Mounting Structure Hot Dip Galvanized of 80 micron thickness to be fixed in a slanted position depending upon the intensity . Battery Box Pre Galvanized Sheet with Powder Coating Light Arm Hot Dip Galvanized Single Arm Bracket of 500 MM Civil Foundation RCC Foundationto be done for considering SBC as 10 T per Sqmtr. F. Important documents to be submitted along with Bid 01. Data sheet of the Product 02. LM 79 report of NABL lab of LED luminaire must be submitted. 03. LM 80 report of the chip manufacturer 04. IEC certification of PV module in the name of lighting manufacturer to be submitted. 05. SP I A/ SP 1 B/SP 1 C grading MNRE channel partner certificateissued in the name of solar lighting company to be submitted. (Solar Lighting Manufacturers of other grading will not be acceptable)

06. Declaration of the solar lighting manufacturer on their letterhead by confirming that their Company’s name will be embossed on the luminaire housing and they will not put any sticker / screen print their name on the luminaire housing. 07. Declaration of the solar lighting manufacturer on their letterhead that they are manufacturer of both solar street lights and charge controller and will supply the panel & luminaire of same brand. 08. ISO certificates of the Solar lighting manufacturing company. 09 The solar lighting manufacturer must be having own photometry lab accredited by NABL only . 10 Declaration of the solar lighting manufacturer on their letterhead to provide immediate aftersales service (within 72 working hrs) against any manufacturing defect found within warranty period of 4 years to be submitted to the department for their products. They should have a toll free number to lodge the complaint which they should mention in their letter.

Supplying & erection of 4 nos. foundation bolt made MS rod of length 750 mm & diameter 24 mm one end threaded and 90 deg bend of length 65 mm is to be provided at other end, with 2 nos nuts and 2 nos washers for each bolt (as per drawing enclosed) by welding the J-bolt with the reinforcement rod at foundation.

Erection of pole on the foundation by existing J-bolt, nuts & washers fixing the ornamental arm bracket top by nuts, GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole.
