Supply and Delivery of 1000 mm Single Arm Bracket made of 40 NB /48.3 OD Mild Steel Pipe as per IS:1161 suitable to insert at Pole Top A/F 70 Make – Bajaj /Transrail /Surya / Utkarsh

Supply & Fixing 240V of LED Street Light aerodynamically designed with excellent thermal management, made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing and toughened glass cover with IP66 protection & IK8 protection for impact, having high power LED's with peanut lens for better distribution along and across tbe road. Minimimim Lumen Output required 18000 Lumen or higher. System efficacy should be equal or greater than 120 lumen per watt. Luminaires must have surge protection device of 4KV inbuilt with LED driver and lOKVexternal in the fitting , required for shock proof driver should be BIS approved silicon lilled potted driver for trouble free service life. Luminaire should be CCT-5700K, CR! 70, THU10%, PF 0.95 and min 50000 burning hours@,L70B50, having LM79, LM80 reports must be provided from NABL accredited Lab. Make of SMD type LED chip: Cree, Nichia, Osram, Lumileds. Luminaire should be engraved or embossed with manufacturer's logo and must have 5 year• onsite warranty from OEM. Supply & Delivery of 4 core 16sqmm of 1.1 KV grade alluminium XLPE Al. armoured LT cable, as directed by EIC. [Make : Havells/RR Kabel/Gloster]

a)Supply & Delivery of 4 core 25sqmm of 1.1 KV grade alluminium XLPE Al. armoured LT cable, as directed by EIC.[Make : Havells/RR Kabel/Gloster]

Laying only above 4 core 16sqmm cable through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonry trench, as per GS.[F-1/3(A)]

Laying only above 4 core 16sqmm/25sqmm cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed, as per GS.[F-2-1(a)]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :[F-4/7(C )]

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm), as per GS. [E-9-C-1(a)]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level by ISI-Medium GI pipe, as per GS.[G-1-2(a)]

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming, for Soft soil, as per GS.[G-1-1(a)]

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc., as per GS. (for flyover continuous earthing)[G-3-5(c)]

Supply & errection of 1200mmx 450mm x400mm out door type shut steel pillar Box of 3.15 m,m thick CRCA sheet T he pillar box comprising of the following :- a)S&F 415 v 63A TPN rewiable type porcelain switch fuse unit as incoming 1 no. ( L&T/ABB) b) 63A 415 volt 4 bar copper BBC in 16 SWG M,S sheet enclosure of lenth 400mm as out going 1 no. c) Supply of control panel housing 63 A TPN MCB outgoing, single dial timer contactor circuit for the automatic control of luminaries, outgoing terminals and control circuit for the power tool motor. ( L&T/ABB) d ) 250 v 15 A Bakelite fuse unit & R-Y-B indicator with toggle switch 1 no………Inter connection between switches includining supply &fixing Digital volt meter (0-500V)and Digital Ammter( 0-50A ) selector switch 2 nos indicating lamp (LED type) . The pillar Box should have double leaf single door with railway type locking arrangement including pad locking system . The pillar box should have brass nine net guard for ventilation .The complete set should be painted with one coat of Red lead primer a two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make the pillar box to be errected on 550 mmx 500 mm foundation . The 10'' brick foundation with neat cement finishing is of height 2.5 ft with hollow central portion for cable entry incl . filling upo;f hollow portion with dry sand after connection of cable s. The pillar box should have two nos. lifting lugs at two sides.

Supply , drawing & interconnection of 3 core 4.0sqmm flat Cable (Havells / RR Kabel / Gloster) for high mast inter connection

S & Installation of Feeder pillar box of suitable size made with 2 mm MS plate having front & back opening hinged with door handle and double locking arrangement with Godrej lock and keys. There should be proper ventilation spout at the centre of the top side. The pillar box should be erected over suitable brick structure with plaster and neat cement finish and to be painted by two coats of paints over two coats of primer. The pillar box should be provided with following incl. S&F switches, necessary connection etc. as required. 1) S & F 415V, 63A ,TPN Main switch (L&T/ABB)---1no. 2) S & F 415V, 100A,4 nos Bar Copper BBC---1no 4) S & F Time switch GIC make type FM quartz----1nos 5) S & F 3-Pole power contractor ( L&T/ABB) ,(ML-3)-1nos 6) Outgoing 40 A TPN MCB --4 nos ( L&T/ABB) 7) Auto/Manual Toggle switch ---1nos ( L&T/ABB) 8) Diode type neon Indicator Lamp-3nos ( L&T/ABB) 9) Base for fixing three Phase Energy Meter at the back Side.

Supplying & fixing 50 mm dia medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required.

Supplying & Fixing PVC waterproof type looping cable box(SINTEX/As per Choice of EIC) size minimum 200x150x100 mm deep comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, two provision of compression type brass cable gland for upto 4- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, suitable "C" type 4mm thick MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint.
