Replacement cost for following supply & installation of spare parts (Consumable spares & Emergency spares) as and when required for annual preventive and corrective maintenance of Fire Detection System. (As per attached Annexure I&II)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Microprocessor based Intelligent, addressable expandable and fully networkable fire alarm 4 loop control panel ( VDS / EN approved ) suitable for the devices as stated in the previous items of this BOQ along with 20% spare capacity with each loop loading not exceeding 80% of the full capacity of detectors and devices taken together, complying to IS 2189:2008 or its latest amendments, and with minimum 600 character alpha - numeric liquid crystal display. The panel shall be soft addressable type and shall be able to give pin point location of all fire/ fault conditions. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch off respective control switches whenever any alarm is triggered. The Panel should be able to store sufficient numbers of log events in its Memory as per recommended standards. (Make:Siemens)
