Supply fabrication and fixing specically for indoor unit should be supported with ms channel by 2 nos of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm to distribute the total load from the mounted wall and by drilling holes for 4nos downrod & connecting the downrod into the channel by nuts,bolts etc. & including supporting angle 25 mm x 25mm x 6mm arrangement as per direction of EIC.[For 01nos. 2Ton AC machines=01nos. IDU]

Supplying & fixing of 2nos 1.45 mtr long MS U-Channel (TATA Make) of size (75 mm x 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm thick) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit on it after cutting holes (10 inch) into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 %1/2: 3) etc incl. mending as orginal. The fabrication of platform with horizontal MS angle of 25 mm x 25 mmx 6mm with supporting angle 50mm x50mm x 6mm on the outer edge and also in the middle portion of the platform and for transmitting the load, 2Nos (50 mm x50 mm x 6 mm) MS Angle inserted diagonally with the platform and exiting wall .The entire structure should be baricated with 25mmx 25mm x6mm MS angle and height will be 1M to ensure the safety of ODU maintenance. The platform will be 2Mx1.2M. incl. scaffolding arrangement, labour cost etc. The entire structure shuould be painted with One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer then 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat(Structural design should be approved from EIC.)

Copper Refrigeration pipe line for liquid and suction line with fittings, elbows, bends, supports & brackets etc. (Make- Ryoku/Totaline/Jobu/ Nippon/EIC Approved) Suction Line (5/8 OD with 0.7mm thick)

Liquid Line(1/4" OD with 0.6mm thick).

Supply & Fixing Pipe Insulation in liquid & suction line with 9mm nitrile rubber tube wrappling with Water Prof Heavy Duty AC Insulation Tape (Supreme/Accoflex/Armacell/EIC Approved) Suction Line (5/8 OD with 0.7mm thick)

Liquid Line(1/4" OD with 0.6mm thick).

Supply and fixing of AI powder coated continuous Grill (Make- Premier, Dynacraft/ EIC approved.)

Supply and laying Control copper Cable (PVC insulated & unshethed,un-armoured) from Condensing Unit to IDU control panel (Make: Havells/RR Kable /finolex/EIC Approved ) 4 core 2.5 sq mm communication cable.

Supply and laying of Drain Water piping work out of UPVC hard pipes of following sizes incl. nitrile insulation with fiting accessories bends, elbows, tees flanges, tapings, wall sleeves hangers, supports, anchors etc. as required.(Make : Supreme / Astral/ EIC approved). 25 mm dia.

Supply & Fixing Pipe Insulation for 25 MM dia drain pipe with 9mm nitrile rubber tube (Supreme/Accoflex/Armacell/EIC Approved)

Supply and fixing 2-way MCB SS enclosure with IK-08 protection, [Legrand 507791] powder coated & S&F of 25A, 2 pole MCB in DIN channel, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to the original finish or total establishment on flat iron frame in wall incl. inter-connection with suitable size of copper wire, necy. painting,& provision for earthing attachment etc. as required. Supplying & fixing of 230V, Timer DB Fixed on Wall by flat iron/Angle frame or as per direction of EIC . The Box should comprising following accessories......... A).Double-door SPN-MCB Distribution Board with IP-42/43 protection 2+8 way make Legrand/LK or as to GS. B). 1No. 250V ,50Hz,16 Amp Digital daily & weekly time switches(Make LK-67DDT0/Eqv. legrand) C)1No 250V,25A DP-Contactor (Make- legrand model -DX³ contactors - 25 A 2 NO contactor 412544). D)1No. 250V,25A DP-MCB(Make-LK/Eqv. legrand). E)The complete arrangement must be wiring by suitable size of PVC insulated Cu wire with suitable socket/lugs as per requirement & direction by EIC .

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make:- RR/Havells/Finolex/ Polycab/Gloster) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. [Ref.- E-14/1(a)]

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. [Ref.- F-5/9]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Make:- Legrand/Anchor/ Havells/ABB), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.. [Ref : E-17/5(a)]

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Make:- Legrand/Anchor/ Havells/ North West) & necy. Connections. [Ref : E-17/5(b)]
