S&F LED module (make: Samsung/ GE/ Osram), (1.5 Watt each module) IP65 having 100000 Hrs. burning hours incl. best quality LED lighting arrangement to be fixed by proper arrangement with complete connection. Specification of the LEDs is given as below : a) LED – White, GE/Samsung/Philips (Cat No. Tetra mini max, Code No. GEWHMMTS8 or eqv. spec) b) Type – straight with 3 Nos. Led per module c) Life – minimum 1,00,000 Hrs. burning hours. d) Visibility – 100 mtrs at least, for normal eye e) Power consumption – 1.5 watt per module f) Wiring & connections – with in-built copper wires and loop wires from SMPS to nodes by 2 x 4 & 1 x 2.5 mm² PVC insulated FRLSH Cu wire for 20Amps rated at 12V DC. g) Redundancy : LED modules to be fixed inside each letter in multiple rows and each row must be fed from separate SMPS to ensure redundancy in power supply for each letters so that in case of failure of one row, the letter will be completely visible even with lesser glow.

S&F of heavy duty 12V DC, 20A water proof switched mode power supply system (SMPS) IP65, 50/60 Hz frequency, 108 to 305 VAC powersupply, 0.95 power factor for LED lamp (Make : GE/ Siemens/ Aries / Union) for driving total LED system of the signage in a distributed manner for uniform load sharing in view of long run continuous use including necessary Electrical connections.

S & Drawing of 2 x 4 & 1 x 2.5 mm² PVC insulated FRLSH Cu wire in following sizes PVC Rigid conduit pipe (Precision Make, HMS) complete with all accessories on wall incl. making connections as to G.S.

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes for following:

2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC

2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC

S&F of pre-coated 22 SWG anodized Aluminium sheet for back panel.

S&F of SMC Junction Box [size 650 x 350 x 250 mm]on wall incl necy fixing materials such as anchor fastners, washers etc for enclosing SMPS for safety & easy access of maintenance at convenient location as per direction of the E.I.C. (Make - Sintex, cat no. GSJB6535).

Transportation cost for carrying the glow sign board from Co’s workshop site to work site including loading, un-loading.

Scaffolding arrangement for working at upto 30 ft height by pipe, clamps, bamboo, ropes and wooden planks etc. for making platform type scaffolding with all safety precautions during installation (for minimum seven days) as per direction of the EIC.

Less: Cost of dismantled unserviceable materials will be Rs. 2,000/-
