ML-3 conctractor,(L&T make) with ( 2 NO or 1 NO + 1 NC Aux. Contract ) ( Make - Legrand / L & T ) – 1 no C) 4 pole 32 Amps MCB ( L & T / Ligrand ) - 1 no D) Auto / Manual By pass Toggle Switch arrangement – 1 no. E) 250 V , Diode type neon Indicator lamp ( Make - Legrand /L&T) – 1 no F) Bakelite base with FP bolt type stud / Terminal block incl S & F Neutral Bar , with spring washer ,nuts etc with this box for termination of power to complete arrangement must be wiring by 4 Sq mm PVC insulated Cu wire with suitable length incl socketing /lugs etc as per requirement & direction of EIC (for controlling AC Machine) (Make - Legrand /L & T / Crabtree )

Supply & Fixing of 250V 50 HZ OLP- 21A single phase A.C Starter ( Make -Electron, / PWD Appvd ) suitable for 1.5 / 2.0 TR Airconditioner Machine incl S & F suitable size G I box (16 SWG) flushed in wall with voltage check, Amp check, Time check incl. making connection as per direction of EIC.

Installation, Testing & commissioning of 2.5/3 Tr. Split type AC both indoor/ outdoor unit incl. S& F of 40 X 40 X 5 mm MS angle iron frame for installation of ODU and sealing of the holes in wall created during the copper pipe connection between IDU & ODU by proper sand-- cement plastering and painting (both inside and outside) to match up with the original finish mending good the damages to complete the instn as per direction of EIC

Installation, Testing and Comissioning of 4 ft (120 Cm) Aircurtain on steel face plate fixed on wall with arrangement of nuts and bolts as to GS.

S& F laying of - (i) gauge copper pipe 5/8" 0.7 mm thick for suction (ii) copper pipe 1/4" 0.6 mm thick for discharge (OEM make) with 9 mm thick thermal insulation foam nitrile / rubber / K Flex / Accroflex with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance both for suction & discharge pipe and mending good the holes & damages as directed by EIC. (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.)

S& Laying 3 core 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated & unarmoured copper cable (make-- Gloster/Havells/Polycab) for 1.5/2 Tr. Split AC machine (extra length for distance of ODU & IDU exceed 3 mtr.) with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance as per direction of EIC.

S & F of flexible PVC high quality water carrying pipe of proper size for draining water from already installed AC to any available (nearest) drain water pipe or near to ground level and the pipe must be properly saddled with the wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, High quality sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, high quality sealing gum etc. as reqd. All these arrangement for fixing must be arranged by the agency itself as per direction of EIC.

Fixing only single/twin florescent light fitting complete with all accessories Directly on wall/ceiling with HW block and suitable size MS fastener, Ceiling plate, nipples etc. as required

Supply and Delivery of 230 V, 50 Hz , 18 to 20W LED tube with 2100 Lumens approx with in built LED driver ( Make-Crompton CRYSTA LTT8-20 or similar make of Wipro / Orient /Philips brand recognised by EIC)

Distn. wiring in 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Make- R R Kabel/ Polycab/ Finolex/ Havells/KEI) in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythen pipe complete with all accessories embedded in wall to light/fan/call bell points with Modular type switch (Brand approved by EIC) fixed on Modular GI switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall incl. mending good damages to original finish 2x22/0.3 (Ph. & N) and 1x22/0.3 as ECC Average run 8 mtr

Supplying & Fixing Industrial Plug & Socket board with 415 V, 60A, TPN & Earth Metal Industrial Plug socket & 60A Industrial top incl. S&F 63 A FP MCB breaking capcity 10kA (C- Curve) in SS enclosure fixed on wall and cecessary conection.

Supplying and fixing double door Horizontal TPN MCB Distribution board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment (Make- Legrand/ ABB/ L&T/ Siemens/ as per direction of EIC) 6 Way

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection FP , 63 A (Make- Legrand/ ABB/ L&T/ Siemens/ as per direction of EIC)

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 3 nos. 20A plug socket with separate 3 nos. 20A Piano key type switch, indicator & 16A kit-kat flush type fuse (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 300x200x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required

Supplying and fixing polythene pipe complete with fittings asnecy. under ceiling/beam, bound with 22 SWG GI binding wire incl. supplying and drawing 1x18 SWG GI Wire as fish wire inside the pipes and fittings and providing 50 mm dia disc of MS sheet (20 SWG) having colour paint at one face fastened at the load point end of the polythene pipe with fish wire(synchronizing with roof/beam casting work of building construction) 19mm dia 3mm thick Polythene Pipe
