Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying only Cable upto 50 sqmm through existing RCC/Hume/ GI Pipe/open masonary trench for single, 2, 3, 3½ & 4 core.

Supplying & fixing of medium gauge GI Pipe (Make- BANSAL ISI-Medium/ UTKARSH ISI-Medium/ JINDAL ISI-Medium/ BHUSAN ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required a) 50 mm dia

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

a) 2 Core 6 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials

c) 2 Core 6 sqmm

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: Page No. G-1 Item No.2a

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Erection of 2 Mtr. Long 80 mm dia. G.I. pipe pole with pole cap & base plate in CC (6:3:1) foundation of dimension 0.6X0.6X0.15 Mtr. Below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal incl. C.C. (6:3:1) muffing 0.3X0.3 Mtr. Above ground level incl. 3 mm thick net cemented finish and providing G.I. Earth-bolt after making drilled hole etc. on pole and carrage of pole upto 1.6 KM from store to workside incl. fitting of the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) 2 Mtr. Long 80 mm dia. G.I. pipe Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required use for holding of compound light from top of existing building.

Supply & Fixing waterproof type looping cable box size 200X150X100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one connecter NL on porcelain/backalight insulator two compression type brass cable cable gland upto 4-core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted CI top cover with brass machines screws etc. earthing terminal with lug on MS stracture 40 X 40 X 5 mm angle base, which is PCC concrete of base foundation 1 ft inside ground and 1.5 ft above the ground level, including S&F 40X5 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts,nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint. Supply & Fixing CMDA type Non-detachable 50 mm dia. 3 Mtr. Long arm bracket at an angle 110˚ to 115˚ to horizantal with necessary bolts, nuts etc. incl. painting two coats of Al. paint over one coat of R.O. Primer as per G.S. and as per direction of E.I.C. Single Arm Header.

S & F following 45Watt/ 50 Watt LED outdoor luminaries including proper connection (Make- Philips city Star/ Crompton)

Painting of steel tubular pole of length and no of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. For 2 Mtr. pole

i) One coat of lead/zinc chromate priming

ii) 1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer

iii) 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat

SITC of Gate Light decorative Post top Maple for 360° indirect light with IP 65 protection. Resistant to impact and corrosion. Glare-free and better uniformity.(including finishing of damage civil work)(Make-CG/ Philips)

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages

(i) No. 4 SWG

SITC of LED illumination sighn board fabricated by 4" (inch) depth ACP box supported with 1.5" X1.5" MS hollow square pipe or Al hollow squire pipe of 18 SWG all around. The 3mm ACP fabricated should be provided by laser cutting 6mm laser cut acrylic letters out of which 5mm rising and border line of the front side should with cover 1" Al channnel as per direction of E.I.C. The sighn board should be glow by 1.5 W LED module cool white in colour incl. 12V 250W power supply. Back side of the board covered with 26 SWG GI Sheet to protect the rain water. The sighn board should be fixed on the roof of the building with providing necy. CC Muffing, 1 No. CI waterproof 200X150X100 mm, 40X6mm MS angle for supporting the board as required & mending good damages as per direction of E.I.C. The cost of transportation charges are included. The sighn board should be made as per the matter in which will be communicated in due course (In English/Bengali) as per direction of E.I.C.
