Construction of suitable Shallow foundation for 12.5 Mtr. High Mast with M-25 grade concrete for solar mini mast considering soil bearing capacity (SBC) 10T/sq. mtr. at 2 Mtr. depth with all materials and labour and payment made as per PWD civil schedule & as per direction of EIC.

Supply and of outdoor type feeder pillar (suitable size) fabricated from 14 SWG CRCA sheets & finished with 2 coats of red-oxide primer & grey enamel paint. The feeder pillar comprises 415 V, 32 A TPN MCB as an incomer, single digital/analogue dial clock time switch, 415 V, 25 A TP contractor for automatic switching of luminaries, 2 nos. 9 A contactors, raise & lower push button, provision to accommodate incoming 4 core 25/16 sq. mm. PVC/A cable and outgoing 4 core 16 sq. mm & 3 core 2.5 sq. mm. cable.

Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 16 Mtr. Mast and Feeder Pillar by using lifting equipment like Hydra etc. and fixing and wiring of Luminaires with 3 Core x 2.5 sq mm copper flexible cable, 32 Amp 4 Pole MCBc etc. with necessary arrangement with labour cost.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil. [1(a)/G-1]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (Tata Medium), 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level. Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. [5(d)/G-3]

Supply & delivery of CPRI-approved cubical type L.T. Feede Panel Distribution board of require size, compartmentalized with maple arrangement having rigid & self-supporting structure fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel with M/S angle frame. The panel board consisting of the following switches. A) Incoming Arrangement: Switch dis-connector fuse unit (Panel mounting cubical type) conforms to IS 13947 in open execution three pole & neutral, 50 HZ, 415 V, 200 Amp with 3 nos. 200 Amp Din type HRC fuse link -- 1 no. [Make - Siemens / ABB / Schneider] B) Bus Section: 415 V 300 A. electrolytic graded copper bus bar with suitable sizes Cu. bar for Ph. & N. The bus bar shall be fixed with FRP chair & the entire bars are insulated with PVC heat Sinkable sleeves of suitable sizes & different colours as per norms/direction of E.I.C. C) Outgoing arrangement: i) switch disconnect or fuse (panel mounting cubical type) conform to IS : 13947 in open execution three pole & neutral 50 HZ, 415 Volt, i) 63 Amp - 3 nos., iii) 32 Amp - 3 nos. with Din type HRC fuse link as per rating of each SFU [Make - Siemens / ABB / Schneider]. All SFUs should be connected with the required size / equivalent rating Copper flat D) Metering panel:a ) Supplying & fixing current transformer as per dia of main copper flat & CT ratio -250/5 A Kappa make -- 3 nos.

b) AE MAKE 96 mm x 96 mm Digital / Analog type Volt Meter 0 - 500 V , Ammeter 0-500 A, including KAYCEE make selector switches complete. c) LED indicator [R, Y, B] …. 3 nos. d) 3 P MCB C6--------------- 1 no d) S & F Danger board e) Connection with suitable size copper wire. E) Cable Alley: Cable entry arrangement will be provided in the back side of the cubical panel in bottom end vertical position , 300 Amp capacity 4 way extended Cu. flat terminal indicating phase & neutral for each outgoing main switches including gland plate must be placed at the bottom of the panel with detachable type as per direction of E.I.C. and also to be provided 1 no Bus Alley in vertical, 2 nos. cable alley. F) Painting: The complete panel board shall be painted by 2 coats of powder coated synthetic enamel Paint over two coats of R.O. primer of Approved make & brand & color as per Direction of E.I.C. G) Constructional Details: All incoming & outgoing panel mounted cubical Switch Dis-connector fuse shall be housed in Respective compartment with hinged & gasket Door at front. All doors shall have Panel lock Arrangement. The panel shall be properly gasket to prevent ingress of dust & moisture & Remain. Bus bar will be properly arrange & all Switches shall be fixed by M.S. nuts & bolts and also all SFU / SDF units should be connected with the proper size electrolyting graded tinned Cu. flat / Bar / as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply of 1.1 kV Gr. 4 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor Cables [Make - Polycab/ Finolex/ Havells/ Universal]. 10 sq. mm.

Supplying & fixing 40 mm dia medium gauge GI pipe (ISI medium, Make - Jindal / Bansal) protection with necessary fittings and jointing materials as required. [F-6/11(c)]

Boring (Micro Tunnelling) below the Pacca/Concrete Road with necessary tools & tackles for installation of 40 mm dia GI pipe including filling the vacant space between pipe and road with soil and mending good the damages as per direction of EIC.

Laying of 4 core 10/35 sq. mm cable through existing GI/Polythene Pipe. [3(a)/F-1]

Laying of 4 core 35 sq. mm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2x10 SWG GI (Hot-Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting. [2(c)/F-1]

Laying of 4 core 10/35 sq. mm cables after cutting floor/pavement/wall and making holes including embedding the cable at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall and mending well the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish. [5(i)/F-3]

Laying of one no. 4 core 10 sq. mm cable in underground trench of 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring the surface duly rammed [1(a)/F-2]

Laying of two cables upto 35 sq mm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size: 680 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. 2(a)/F-2 ]

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entry of XLPE / PVC armored cables as below Dowels make gland as per GS 4 Core 10 sq. mm [7(c)/F4 ]
