B) Bus Section: 415 V 300 A. electrolytic graded copper bus bar with suitable sizes Cu. bar for Ph. & N. The bus bar shall be fixed with FRP chair & the entire bars are insulated with PVC heat Sinkable sleeves of suitable sizes & different colours as per norms/direction of E.I.C.
C) Outgoing arrangement: i) switch disconnect or fuse (panel mounting cubical type) conform to IS : 13947 in open execution three pole & neutral 50 HZ, 415 Volt, i) 63 Amp - 3 nos., iii) 32 Amp - 3 nos. with Din type HRC fuse link as per rating of each SFU [Make - Siemens / ABB / Schneider]. All SFUs should be connected with the required size / equivalent rating Copper flat D) Metering panel:a ) Supplying & fixing current transformer as per dia of main copper flat & CT ratio -250/5 A Kappa make -- 3 nos.

E) Cable Alley: Cable entry arrangement will be provided in the back side of the cubical panel in bottom end vertical position , 300 Amp capacity 4 way extended Cu. flat terminal indicating phase & neutral for each outgoing main switches including gland plate must be placed at the bottom of the panel with detachable type as per direction of E.I.C. and also to be provided 1 no Bus Alley in vertical, 2 nos. cable alley.
F) Painting: The complete panel board shall be painted by 2 coats of powder coated synthetic enamel Paint over two coats of R.O. primer of Approved make & brand & color as per Direction of E.I.C.
G) Constructional Details: All incoming & outgoing panel mounted cubical Switch Dis-connector fuse shall be housed in Respective compartment with hinged & gasket Door at front. All doors shall have Panel lock Arrangement. The panel shall be properly gasket to prevent ingress of dust & moisture & Remain. Bus bar will be properly arrange & all Switches shall be fixed by M.S. nuts & bolts and also all SFU / SDF units should be connected with the proper size electrolyting graded tinned Cu. flat / Bar / as per direction of E.I.C.
