Laying of cable upto 3/4 core 25 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2X10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish.

Micro Tunneling by using a remotely controlled Micro Tunnel Boring Machine (MTBM) combined with the pipe jacking technique to directly install product pipelines underground in a single pass, including Supply of 160 mm HDPE pipe as per appropriate specification in single length for each individual tunnel including preparation and submission of drwaing for cable laying.

S&F medium gauge 50 mm dia GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required as per GS.

S & F compression type brass cable gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cable.

Finishing the end of the XLPE/PVC armoured cableas by crimping method incl. S&F solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & joiting materials.

Supplying & fixing sheet metal (16 SWG) Iron Clad Busbar chambers size of 500x150 mm & it should carry the current of 415 V, 200 Amp & the bar size of 4 x 50 x 5 mm on angle iron frame on wall, incl. earthing attachment and painting as required – ( As per Drawing no. 470 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991)

Earthing Installation:

Earthing with 50 mm dia ISI-Medium GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level. (By ISI-Medium GI pipe)

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Soft Soil)

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F 1 No. 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

S & F 2+10 way, 240 V, 6-32A per way double-door SPN MCB Distribution Board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment, comprising with 1 no. 40 A DP Isolator as incomer & 10 nos. 10 kA, C-curve, 6-25 A SP MCB (Make - L&T/ Schenider/ABB)

Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FRLS' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (M-Finolex/Havells/Polycab) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make), with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board cum JB on wall complete with 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/Perspex (wall matching color) top cover 3mm thick and incl. 175mmx100mmx65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish.

S&F 240 V, 3 nos. 6A, & 1 no. 20A plug socket with separate 3 nos. 6 A & 1 no. 20A Piano key type switch, indicator & 20A switch type SP MCB (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 240x200x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/ perspex cover and making necessary connections as required. Supply & Fixing 240 V, two nos. 16 A, 3 pin plug socket (M-Anchor) with two nos. 16A piano key type switch, without plug top on 200mm x 150mm x 65mm CRC sheet metal (16SWG) switch board with three no. suitable size Copper bar with holes (for Ph, N & E) fixed on bakelite/Hard Rubber insulator over the MS welded chairs incl. bakelite/Perspex/coloured Perspex (wall matching colour) top cover 3 mm thick flushed in wall for housing the board after cutting the brick wall incl. making earthing attachment,painting and mending good damages.

S&F MS fan clam of two piece type for RC ceiling as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS flat including making good damages to building roof with satisfactory finishing and painting.

S&F Electronic Socket type fan regulator (Step type) [Make: Anchor] on existing switch board with backelight/perspex top cover by screw after making housing for regulator knob by cutting backelight/perspex top cover incl. making necy. connections.

Supply and Delivery of 240V, 220 CMM, 370 RPM, 52-56W, 1200mm (48") Sweep Ceiling fan. [make: Orient Summer cool/Crompton/ Havells/Approved by EIC ).

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc. incl. S&F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2x1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire.

With Supply & fixing additional safety arrangement of ceiling fan by stranded GI strain wire of suitable gauge with one end fixed at RC clamp with special type of socket, nut-bolts, thimbles which throughly crimped with the strain wire and the wire passing through down rod (for upto 8 ft) and also other end connected with armature spindle by its existing jam nut hole with special arrangement (sample approved by EIC). The length of the strain wire up to 9ft also considering any type of work required i.e. enlarging the existing hole by file etc. to complete the job including installation as per direction of EIC (Static & Dynamic Load Test (in rotation of 1:20) certificate must be provided with final bill jointly with concerned Junior Engineer & authorised Electrical Supervisor of Agency).

Supply of Twin 4ft LED tube light fitting [M-Philips:TMC 501 P 2xT-LED 22W P3242/ Crompton: IGP162LT8-16 2 x T8 / Havells/Approved by EIC ) incl. 2 nos. 4ft LED tube lamp (M- Philips: Mas LEDTube 1200mm 18W 2100lm 865 T8/Crompton:LTT8-20/Havells/Approved by EIC ), complete with all accessories.

Fixing only twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.

Erection of 9 mtr. Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Size 0.6x0.6x1.70 mts), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mtr. dia and 0.30 mtr. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly

Painting of 9.0 mtr. long Steel Tubular Pole with pole muffing of lengths and One coat of red lead/Zinc Cromate priming (M-Berger/Asian Paints/Shalimar Paints) & 2 no. of coats synthetic enamel paint/ aluminium paint over the primer, with ready mixed paint/primer (M-Berger/Asian Paints/Shalimar Paints) incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint. S&F Sintex loop box of size 250 x 200 x 105 (Syntex: GSJB-2520) with half round clamp on pole and supply & fixing a best quality 32A, 4-pole barrier terminal and 32A FP MCB inside it including all accessories.

S&F of single arm header assembly made with 100 mm dia GI pipe Jacket of 30 cm long with 1.5 mtr. long 40mm dia GI pipe bracket duly welded with top cap at an angle of 110 degree with the vertical incl. 12 mm dia full threaded through nuts-bolts and 3 nos. supporting nut-bolts etc. including necessary painting as per direction of EIC.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV 2x36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (M-Finolex/Havells/Polycab) in 19mm size polythine pipe incl. necy. fittings as required

S&F of LED Street light luminaire with IP 65 protection, Efficacy 110-120LPW complete with all accessories (Crompton: CRP-409-70-30-SL-GL-NSG/Philips: BRP062 LED 82 CW SLC S1 PSU/Havells/Approved by EIC ) to be fixed on 9 mtr. long steel pole incl. S&F necy. 2x2.5mm + 1x1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making necessary connections as required. lED luminaire should carry a minimum warranty for 5 years.

Supply of 16 meter High mast lighting system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections with steel material confirming to BSEN 10025 and material shall be high tensile steel, grade S355, hot dip galvanised confirming to BSEN ISO 1461 and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 continues steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for up to 9 luminaires symmetrically & its control gear (Make of Gear Box : New Allen Berry works / Chandra Gear / Elecon Engineering / Shanti Engineering) boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral powertool installed inside the base compartment for its operation along with Supply & Fixing of Cu Cable of Power Tool motor, Wiring for Luminaries, Anchor Plate, Foundation Bolt, Nut, Washer, LED aviation obstruction lights with allied EI works, Common Template all complete. Erection of high Mast (16 M) on RCC foundation with cement concrete considering actual SBC of soil, with the help of suitable modern engg. tools and Plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated flexible cable of suitable copper conductor core of 1.5 mm² lugs, up to 10 nos. 6A MCB along with construction of shallow foundation with cement concrete for high Mast onsidering the safe soil bearing capacity as per site condition, as per drawing and design of manufacturer of the mast. The soil test and submission of its report is within the scope of the work.

Supply & fixing of LED floodlight luminaire made up of pressure dia cast aluminium housing with IP 65 protection, Efficacy 110-120LPW complete with all accessories and silicon filled potted driver,(M-Crompton- CFS-501-300-57-60D-HL2-GL-NGG/Philips: BVP410 P LED 300 CW NB FG PSU SPD P4278/ Havells/Approved by EIC ). Feeder Pillar Box : Supply & errection of feeder piller box (Cubical type) of 750 x 600 x 400 mm with Iron leg of 40X40X5 mm having front and back opening hinged with door handle & panel locking arrangement it should have suitable size 2 mm thick MS sheet at bottom of feeder pillar for cable glanding work and two nos. earth bus in two side wall of feeder pillar with shorting the cable glanding MS plate. The feeder Pillar box should be painted by Powder coated .The feeder pillar should be errected over suitable brick structure (minimam 2 feet from the ground level) with plaster & neat cement finish as per direction of E.I.C.
