Installation, testing & commisioning of above supplied Pumping Machinery MCC,valves etc(item no 1 to 9, 11 to 16,19 to 23,26, 27) by jointing submersible cable within the tubewell situated outside the pump house by making derrick arrangement by assembling the column pipes properly and fitting, fixing the pressure gauge, depth gauge, air pipe etc. in position and erection of delivery line & wash out line with the C.I specials and Tee including mending damages goods etc. all complete as per direction. This also includes the charges for laying submersible cable from tubewell to control panel by underground and saddle on wall and connection with required feeder of panel all complete.

Making suitable size pump foundation base ( Size: 1.00 mtr. x 1.00 mtr. x 1.5 mtr.) with supplying cement, sand, stone chips etc. in the portion of (4:2:1) including plastering, neat cement finishing etc. all Complete as per direction of EIC. (i) Tubewell outside pump house

Making required nos. of brick pillar 0.25 mtr. X 0.25 mtr. For supporting of valves and pipes with 12 mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete.

S&F of 3" dia 1.5 mt minipole with baseplate to be fixed on rooftop incl. S&F of 1.5 mtr long arm bracket (removable type) incl. CC (6:3:1) muffing (450X450X600) with 3 mm thick neat cement finish & painting incl. S&F of 200x150x100 mm 16 SWG GI loop box with necessary power connection by 3x 22/0.3 (1.5 Sq.mm) (2 nos. P&N and 1 no. ECC) 'FRLSH' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Approved make) in 20 mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FRLSH' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required as per direction of EIC. (for 12 m length @ 102/mtr.)

(a) Earthing with 50 mm ISI mark medium diameter G.I. pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3Mtr. (10ft.) long and 1 x 4 SWG G.I. wire (4Mtr.long) 13 mm diameter x 80mm (3inch) long G.I. Bolts, double nuts, washer including S & F of 15mm diameter G.I. pipe protection (1 Mtr. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly below ground level to an average depth of 3.65Mtr.(12ft.) below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed. i) For soft soil by ISI Medium GI pipe.

(b) Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

(c) Extra for treatment of soil by salt and charcoal coke for pipe electrode.

(d) Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.Length of busbar is 0.5 mtr.

(e) Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F of 20 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Installation & commissioning of above chlorinator pump set and drawing of power line by supplying necessery wire and continious earthing connected to automatic panel. This includes the cost of making necessary brick foundation base with neat cement finish by supplying all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery and fitting-fixing of 230 volt 1200 mm sweep AC ceiling fan with ball bearing complete with all accessories such as blade, canopy, fork, down rod etc. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated 25.09.2019 with latest amendments..
