Construction of the following temporary Structures made with Galvanised corrugated iron sheet work fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work)(GCI sheet to be supplied by Contractor on hire basis) With 0.60 mm thick sheet.

Labour charge for hoisting and fitting fixing drop gate including carriage of the gate by parts from the departmental godown / stack yard and dismantling and returning the gate to the place of supply as per direction of the Engineer in charge

(A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Hire and labour charges for 100 mm dia bamboo railing on 150 mm dia Jhau/Eucalyptus or other approved timber posts each 2.0 m in length, tied 2 number post strongly with coir ropes in the fashion of a scissor with a spacing of 1.8 m over pacca road without damaging the surface and tying strongly 3 (three) rows of bamboo railing on each leg and 1 (one) railing connecting all the pivot junctions including cost of loading unloading, stacking & carriage of all materials and labour complete, and maintaining barricading for a period beyond 5 (five) days after the reported & recorded time of completion of the entire work to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: This work should not be executed without specific permission of Superintending Engineer) 100 mm. dia bamboo railing & 150mm. dia Jhau/Eucalyptus/other approved timber posts @ 1.80m apart (i) Railing 4 row on each leg and 1 at pivot point.

Construction of Temporary Special type of Latrine (4unit) with Leach Pit made with Galvanised Plain Sheet at various pin point sites with 125 mm thick Brick Work (4:1) 225 mm depth including earth work in excavation and filling upto required depth, Brick flat soling, 15 mm thick plaster (6:1) and Neat Cement punning 1.5 mm thick, fitting fixing W.C. Pan and syphone on hire basis, laying and jointing S.W. pipe including covering all sides and roof by G.I. Sheet, door made by Corrugated Tin (.75mtr. x 2.0 mtr.) including digging two nos. sludge pit of 1.0 mtr. dia & 1.20 mtr. depth with Earthen Ring / R.C.C. Ring covererd. Necessary supply of Mug, bucket, Drum etc. on hire basis to be provided for watering with required bleaching powder for disinfection in all respect and dismantling the same after the mela is over and cleaning the premises as per full satisfaction of E.I.C.

Construction of 1 No. Special Latrine (2 Unit) made with 125 mm thick Brick Work (4:1) 225 mm depth including earth work in excavation and filling upto required depth, Brick flat soling, 15 mm thick plaster (6:1) and Neat Cement punning 1.5 mm thick (Outside), fitting fixing W.C. Pan laying on 12 mm thick Water Resistant Ply with Decorative Lamination (white) and syphone on hire basis, laying and jointing S.W. pipe including covering all sides and roof by Hogla Sheet with door of Corrugated Tin (.75mtr. x 2.0 mtr.) including digging one no. sludge pit of 1.0 mtr. dia & 1.20 mtr. depth with Earthen Ring / R.C.C. Ring covererd by R.C.C. circular Slab and Mullichatai, Polythene sheet. Necessary supply of Mug, bucket, Drum etc. on hire basis to be provided for watering with required bleaching powder for disinfection in all respect and dismantling the same after the GS Mela is over as per full satisfaction of E.I.C.

Engagement of labour for Cleaning, sweeping, watering, disinfecting the premises on and from 08.01.2025 to 17.01.2025 roted the clock wise with full satisfaction of E.I.C. (For 5 Nos. Each 4 Unit) 1 Nos. X 3 Shifts x 10 days. ( Mathor Mazdoor)

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)
