Supply & delivery of UPVC pipe (CD) conforming to IS 12818:2010 (CIPET Certified) a) 200mm dia

Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required.

Collecting sample of water for bacteriological and chemical test from any depth at any time during execution of work including hire and labour charges for tools and plants and sterilising the equipments, paying all charges and fees, testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction.

Supply & delivery of UPVC Cap,200mm dia.

Supplying, installation and lowering in position Solar Panel based AC Submersible pumping machinery (preferably with stainless steel fabricated componets) with solar cable & cable connector Kit, PV Panel (IEC 61215:2015 certified), Controller, Overhead protection, Dry run protection, Auto Restart facility, Float Switch with Water Level sensors, software for start-up of motors, making necessary connections with treatment units with supplying G.I. Controller box and external electrical (GRID) connections with necessary wiring, switch board and supplying 32 mm dia. PVC column pipe 42 m length as per direction of the EIC. i) Solar Panel configuration: 4 panels of 325 Wp ( 72 cell) each (Solar Panel to be installed on top of M.S. Supporting structure); ii) Submersible pump capacity 1.0 HP, 14 Stage, 32 mm outlet dia (preferably oil filled) KSB/Crompton or renowned brand.

Supplying and erecting in position M.S. Supporting structure for supporting PVC Tanks (as shown in the Dept. drawing) and Solar Panel, 5 mm M.S. chequerred plate at top platform (2m X 2m), M.S. Ladder (suitably placed), Supplying and installation in position PVC Tanks, all necessary pipeline connections with 32/25 mm dia. PVC pipe from Tubewell to delivery through Treatment unit, all complete with all pipes, specials, valves, 3 nos. Bib Cocks fitted to treated water tank all complete as per direction of the E-in-C.

Construction of 3 m X 3 m X 0.3 m platform around Fluoride treatment Units and MS supporting structure including Fencing and Gate with locking arrangement all complete as per departmental drawing.

Construction of Surface Drain about 15 m length and 2 numbers of Soak Pit of 900 mm dia. and 775 mm overall depth including 75 mm dia. UPVC drain pipe 5 m long as per drawing no. P&DD-IV/292/12-14) and as per direction of the EIC. NOTE: Deduction @ Rs. 850.00 has to be made for each m of less length of drain than 15 m).

3000 Lit Raw water tank and 2000 Lit treated water tank (HDPE).

Supplying, installation, commissioning and trial run (for 3 months) of Water Treatment unit for removal of Fluoride below permissible limit as per IS: 10500 - 2012 including supply of all required media (vessels design for latest IS codes ), Food grade epoxy coating inside, outside Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make, all necessary 25 mm dia. UPVC pipeline (medium duty), valves, 3 bib cocks fitted after Fluoride tretment unit to collect water sample for testing, meters and making arrangement of connection with existing pipeline as per specification and drawing and direction of the EIC. Quantity/ volume of all media are mentioned in the departmental drawing and to be followed strictly. Treatment unit size: 1. Fluoride Filter: 400 mm dia X 1650 mm depth MS Vessel (2 working + 1 standby.) 2. Conditioning tank: 750L HDPE (1 no.) +0.5HP pump 3. Carbon filter: 1 no. 4. UV treatment unit of adequate capacity Adsorption capacity of Fluoride media should not be less than 3mg Fluoride per gram of Fluoride Media and must have certificate from CSIR / IIT or other Government reputable Institutions. Imported media must have NSF certification in addition to the above certificate.

Treatment unit size: 1. Fluoride Filter: 300 mm dia X 1650 mm depth MS Vessel (2 working + 1 standby.) 2. Conditioning tank: 500L HDPE(1 no.) + 0.5HP pump 3. Carbon filter:1 no. 4. UV treatment unit of adequate capacity Adsorption capacity of Fluoride media should not be less than 3mg Fluoride per gram of Fluoride Media and must have certificate from CSIR / IIT or other Government reputable Institutions. Imported media must have NSF certification in addition to the above certificate. (Population upto 350)

IRON REMOVAL VESSEL: OPTIONAL-Only in case Iron Concentration in raw water is more than 1.0 ppm. Supplying, installation, commissioning and trial run (for 3 months) of Water Treatment unit for removal of Iron below permissible limit as per IS: 10500 - 2012 including supply of all required media (vessels design for latest IS codes with minimum 3 mm thick), Food grade epoxy coating inside, outside Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make, all necessary 25 mm dia. G.I. pipeline (medium duty), valves, 1 bib cock fitted after tretment unit to collect water sample for testing and making arrangement of connection with existing pipeline as per specification and drawing and direction of the EIC. Quantity/ volume of all media are mentioned in the departmental drawing and to be followed strictly. Treatment unit size: 400 mm dia X 1650 mm depth (1 no.)

Construction soakpit for management of waste water from street stand post/ community tanks. Probable numbers are given. The working division may change the number depending on the numbers of CTs and SSPs as per site condition. (Detail as per ANNEXURE - VII)

Construction of street stand post with platform upto a distance of 50 m from the treated water storage tank including cost of supplying and laying of 50 m 25 mm dia. PVC pipe as per departmental drawing. (Deduction @ Rs. 191.00 has to be made for each m of less length of pipeline than 50 m). Probable numbers are given. The working division may change the number of SSP as per site condition. (Detail as per ANNEXURE - VIII)

Operation and maintenance of entire installations for 5 years (except day to day operation) which includes: a) Cleaning of site, checking of valves and pipes, checking of electrical connections, cleaning solar panel etc. Twice in a month; b) Replacement of damaged Valves, Bib cocks and any other parts of all units as and when necessary; c) Repair/ replacement of pumping machinery i/c controller, PV Panel, wiring, switches etc. as and when necessary; d) Painting of M.S. structure and all painted surface at the end of each year. Supply of Conditioning Media as and when required by (the work to be executed on written permission from the EIC.) Tentative Conditioning Media Required upto 500 user: a)For F concentration upto 2.0ppm = 1650 Lit b)F concentration upto 2.0ppm to 4.0ppm = 1650 Lit c)F concentration upto 4.0ppm to 6.0ppm = 2450 Lit Requirement will be finalisied after observing the F concentration from water test report and additional quantity will be paid saperately folowing the tendered rate. Top up of Fluoride Media (@20% of whole weight) as and when required by engagement of labour & equipments (the work to be executed on written permission from the EIC.) which includes: Removal of old media from the vessels and placement of new media including cost and carriage. Tentative Top up of Fluoride Media Required upto 500 user: a)For F concentration upto 2.0ppm = 1 Nos b)F concentration upto 2.0ppm to 4.0ppm = 5 Nos c)F concentration upto 4.0ppm to 6.0ppm = 19 Nos Requirement will be finalisied after observing the F concentration from water test report and additional quantity will be paid saperately folowing the tendered rate.

Tentative Top up of Fluoride Media Required upto 350 user: a) F concentration upto 2.0ppm = 1 Nos b)F concentration upto 2.0ppm to 4.0ppm = 5 Nos Requirement will be finalisied after observing the F concentration from water test report .

Complete overhauling of Iron-Filter Vessel as and when required by engagement of labour & equipments (the work to be executed on written permission from the EIC.) which includes: a) Complete removal of media from the vessels, breaking of clots and thorough washing and cleaning of all media; b) Placement of all media with 10% fresh new media (lost during washing) including cost and carriage of the fresh new media. (Only in case SL No:14 is considered) (Population upto 500)

Complete replacement of Mno2 and Green sand in the Iron Filter Vessel as and when required by engagement of labour & equipments (the work to be executed on written permission from the EIC.) which includes: Complete removal of old media from the vessels and placement of new media including cost and carriage.
