100 Amps, 415 V, 4 pole on load change over switch.

1.1 KV Grade 25 sqmm3.5 core XLPE insulated AL. Ar. Cable conforming to IS-7098 (part-1) 1988 with upto date amendment.

Supply & delivery of automatically controlled Diaphargm type Chlorinator for accurate dosing of Chlorine solution into the water by connecting metering pump ( Diaphargm type) having following specification:- Pump type :: Diaphargm Liquid :: Chlorine solution Capacity ( LPH) :: 0-100 Pressure kg/cm2 ( Testing) :: 10 Pressure kg/cm2 ( suction) :: Flooded Pressure kg/cm2 ( Hydro) :: 15 Connection Suction :: ½” Hose Holder Connection Discharge :: ½: Hose Holder MOC Liquid End :: PP Diaphragm :: PTFE NRV :: PP Drive capacity :: 0.5HP, 3 phase, 50Hz, 415V, 1440 RPM Motor Coupling capacity :: Flexible Spider Strainer :: Y type, PP, ½” BSP (F) Pressure Relief Valve :: Inbuilt. Solution Tank :: 100 ltr capacity ( Including making provision for inlet line to the actual storage tank of dosing solution of all materials. Test & Warranty Certificates are to be submitted at the time of delivery

Laying of 25 sq. mm. 3.5 core AL. Ar. Cable in wall/ floor by supplying of all necessary materials as per IE Rules and as per direction

Making brick built foundation with supplying of all required materials suitable for the above voltage stabilizer by (4:1) cement mortar including holding down foundation bolts and 12 mm thick plaster with neat cement finish, sloping all complete as per direction of EIC.

Making joints of the cable by supplying compresion type gland thimple, socket etc. as per requirement and as per direction of EIC.

Double earthing the whole installations complying with IR Rules including supplying of all necessary earthing materilas for all electrical accessaries to complete the job as per direction of EIC.

Installation of above supplied Chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and drawing of power line as per IE Rules by supplying PVC copper wire & continuous earthing. This includes the cost of all necessary CC foundation ( at least 200mm height) with concrete mixture ( sand, cement, stone) and neat cement finish by supplying of all required materials and testing the entire set as per entire satisfaction of the EIC. (Power will be fed from PLC panel of Pumping machinery)

Fitting , fixing of change over switch, and main switch on the iron angle frame of suitable size fixed at suitable position on wall by supplying all necessary fixing materials all complete as per direction of EIC.

Charges for dismantling of damaged materials related with above works and carrying charges for the same to departmental store inc luding loading & unloading and kept at suitable position carefuly.
