Carrying of the entire departmental lighting fixture i.e. par light, casing LED, strip LED, metal halide etc. from Ganga Sagar PHE Store by hired vehicle with proper safety arrangement to avoid damages of the different light.

Making beuatification of the Nut Mandir near Kapilmuni Temple by installing of the above departmentally supplied par light, casing LED light, strip LED light, metal halide fixture etc. at different position of Nut Mandir as per direction of EIC. By engaging skilled technician and also supply and fitting fixing of LED rice light, drop light etc. on hire basis as per requirement to make proper beautification up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC. This cost included operation running maintenance of the entire system from 11-01-2025 to 16-01-2025

Dismantling and taken out all the lighting fixture as above by hired vehicle after completion of the mela from different position of the Kapilmuni Temple with maintaining proper safety precaution and packing stacking of the same as per direction including storage to Ganga Sagar PHE store

Hiring of all required cables viz. power cables of required size , control cables of required size , wires as required etc. all complete

Hiring of power control board and panels etc. all complete

Transportation charges for returned back the entire departmental lighting fixture i.e. par light, casing LED, strip LED, metal halide etc. from worksite to Ganga Sagar PHE Store by hired vehicle with proper safety arrangement to avoid damages of the different light.

Temporary installation of all above light fixtures, and accessories in different places of the gate as per direction for beautification of the gate, nut mandir and Dala House up to the entire satisfaction of the EIC including dismantling the same after completion of mela

Charges for deploying one no. electrician and one no. helper throughout the day as and when required 24 hour basis including their tools and tackles from 11-01-2025 to 16-01-2025

Supply and delivery of the following materials at site on hire basis as per requirement to complete temporary illumination work of NUT MANDIR at Ganga Sagar from 11-01-2025 to 16-01-2025 a.     Colour flexible type waterproof strip LED lights (5m in each strip) b.    Colour water proof Casing LED light (suitable length of each casing 5 mtr) c.     Colour changing LED par light d.    SMPS of capacity 10/ 20 Amps input- 230 volt, 50 Hz output- 12 volt DC for power supply e.    Die cast aluminium different colour LED spot lights in 3W x 3 lamp configuration and housed in waterproof fittings f.      Microprocessor based chaser PCB with 12 volt input and 12 volt 5 channel output supply for controlling the casing LED running system. g.     23/36 grade 1.1 KV 3 core screened cables h.    3 core 2.25 Sq.mm, 1.1 KV grade copper unarmored cables i.      single core unarmoured unsheathed 1.5 sq.mm, 1.1 KV grade copper cable
