Laying of 2.5 sq.mm cable through 32mm dia Sch. 40 pipe and binding with the existing hose pipe by binding with the supplied GI wire

Sypply of E.R.W.M.S.(Electrical Resistant Welded M.S.) black pipe of TATA make (heavy quality) as per standard specification, 5 mm thick, common header 150 mm dia ( for existing P.H & proposed CWR site)

Supply of E.R.W.M.S.(Electrical Resistant Welded M.S.) black pipe of TATA make (heavy quality) as per standard specification, 5 mm thick, delivery 100 mm dia

Supply of E.R.W.M.S.(Electrical Resistant Welded M.S.) black pipe of TATA make (heavy quality) as per standard specification, 5 mm thick, suction 80 mm dia

Supply and delivery of following MS Pipe fittings a) 80 MS elbow

b) 100 MS elbow

c) 100 x 150 reducer

Supply and delivery of following M.S. Flanges as per ASA150 # B16.5 a) 150 mm Slipon flange

b) 100 mm Slipon flange

c) 150 mm blank flange

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. (MS work will be executed as per direction of EIC) ( for structural of specified section weighing less than 22.5 Kg/mtr)( payment to be made on the calculated weight of MS structure) for pump cage and chequar plate

Supply and delivery of 210 ltr PVC pontoons colour blue drum weight 8.2 kg (+-3%)

Fitting the drum in the existing MS structure barge and shifting the entire barge to the proper place in the dam by hiring boat and skilled labour

Supply & delivery at site pressure gauge 150mm diameter (0-16 kg/cm2), brass cocok & fitting complete (make: HGURU)

withdrawing one no. 5 pump from the old barge by hiring labour, boat and tools and carried to the new barge

Loweing the 5 HP pump (old) and new 7.5 HP in the cage of the barge by engaging labour, boat and tools.

Supply and installation on wall Cable terminal Boxes IP 55 with integrated membranes for cable entry (2.5 sq.mm)

Installation of the pipes and pipe fittings with the submersible pump with connection of cables and testing and commisioning as per direction of EIC

Taking out the damaged barge from the dam with the help of machinery i.e. hiring of hydra & crane, gas cutting machine, chain, rope by engaging proper electrician, fabricator& expert person as per direction of EIC (3 no. labour for 1 day & hydra & crane for 3 hrs) & kept at site.

Supply & delivery of 2.5 sq.mm 3 core 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated water proof flat submersible copper cable, Make: PHED approved make

Laying of cable from terminal box to barge by binding with hose pipe by GI wire (Item No.-19)

Add GST @ 18%

Add CESS @ 1%
