Supply & deliveryPhotovoltaic 15 HP 415 Volt 3 Phase solar pump controller consist of Change Over Switch for Solar DC and Ac operation , and Consist of IEC Certificates EN IEC61800-3:2018 , 61000-3-2:2019+A1:2021 , 61000-3-3:2013+A1:2019+A2:2021 , EN IEC 61800-3:2018 ,IEC 61000-4-2:2009 , IEC 61000-4-3:2020 , IEC 61000-4-4:2012 , IEC 61000-4-5:2014+A1:2017 , IEC 61000-4-6:2014 , IEC 61000-4-8:2009 , IEC 61000-4-11:2020 , EN 61800-5-1:2007+A1:2017+A11:2021 and CE Certificate . Maximum Power Point tracker (MPPT) is to be provided for optimal use the Solar panel and maximize the water discharge, Inverter should be provided for the systems as to operate AC motors, The system shall have full protection against open circuit, accidental short circuit and reversed polarity, The whole system is to be properly earthed and shall generally conform to IS:3043 / 1987 (latest amendment thereof and requirements of Indian Electricity Rules, 1956, there should beadequate protection from lightning and hail storm., The power conditioning unit should be mounted in lock and key steel enclosure having at least IP54 protection to be installed at a suitable position on civil structure. The controller must have change over switch to run from grid connection in night or cloudy days.

SOLAR FOR CHLORINATION PUMP

Supply & delivery of 1700 Wp ( 50 Wp X 34 Nos ) Solar Photovoltaic Module(POLY CRYSTALINE ) (for 1 HP 415 Volt 3 Phase Chlorinator Pump) Confirming BIS Certificate and ALMM Listed .The efficiency of the PV modules should be minimum 14.86 % and fill factor should be more than 76%.

The Module Mounting Structure of 1700 Wp Solar Module should be designed that they face the sun Optimally. Only Anti Thefts Fasteners should be used in mounting structure with RCC Foundation Design all Possible Load (Dead, Live and Imposed load) along with BIS Specification and Corrosion Resistance., It should be framed in Hot Dip Galvanised Structure Supported by Design which can withstand 150 Km/hr wind velocity. Minimum height will be 3 Ft from Ground .

Making double earthing arrangement in compliance with IE rules by G.I. pipe electrode of 50 mm. dia 3 mtr. Long 2 Nos for panel and pumping machinery 25 mm. x 6 mm. G.I. earth strips from earth pit to panel and all other accessories required to complete the work. ( 2 Nos for Solar Structure , 2 Nos for Piller Box , 3 Nos for Lightning Arrester,1 no for controller ) As per IS 3043 (1987) .
