The bidder should have proven experience in execution of Operation & Maintenance of water treatment Plant unit in a single contract within last 05 years. Additionally, the agency should have proven experience in execution of Operation & Maintenance of distribution system, including OHR for at least 3 years within last 05 years. The bidder should have credential in similar nature of work as prime Contractor in a single contract fulfilling the following criteria: - Intending tenderers should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount in this tender during last (five) years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice; - Or, intending tenderers should produce credentials of 2 (two) similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount in this tender during last 5 (five) years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice; - Or, intending tenderers should produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (a) above. Some estimated values for the works are given as follows: - Day to day O&M of Raw water Intake & Raw water Pumping main: Rs 1,544,920.97 - Day to day O&M of WTP including all allied civil works: Rs 10,298,240.00 - Day to day O&M of clear water pumping main including all allied civil works: Rs 6,027,600.83 - Day to day O&M of Over Head Reservoirs (13 Nos.) including all allied civil works: Rs 6,141,616.92 - Day to day O&M of laying distribution system (13 Zones) for entire project including Stand posts: Rs 11,277,875.76 The bidder should upload the experience certificate in the "CREDENTIAL" folder, under the sub-category "Similar Nature of Work Done & Completion Certificate".
