Supply, delivery at site solar panel based DC submersible pumping machinery (preferably with stainless steel fabricated components) with solar cable and cable connector kit, controller, Overload protection, Dry Run protection, Auto restart facility, Float switch with water level sensors, software for start-up of motor, making necessary connection with supplying G.I. Controller box including maintenance for entire installations for 5 years as per direction of E.I.C. i) submersible pump having shutoff head 120m (max)with water output 5000lit/day from a total dynamic head of 90 mtrs coupled with 1 H.P. brass less DC motor with efficiency more then 90% , Vmax 102V ,operating voltage 72-96V Rpm 2300to 2450. ii)Maximum installation depth 60 mtr. iii)pump outlet size 25-32 mm pump controller contains DCMCB, Backup Diode having MPPT Technology, inbuilt data logger with wireless access, multiple analog & digital inputs and outputs ,Auto restart and IP54 protection. (Make-As per MNRE approved vendor list)

SPV of 300 watt peak capacity in mono/poly crystalline silicon cell in necessary series/parallel connection of modules for obtaining necessary voltage and current to run the pumping machinery having annual solar irradiation 5-5.5 kwh/m2/day power output measured as per S.T.C. efficiency minimum 14% and fill factor more then 70%. SPV as per guideline of MNRE,IEC 61215,61730 part I & II. Terminal box on the module interconnected with 4 sq mm two core copper cable for obtaining DC power ,provision for replacing damaged cable as if when required. Modules containing standard name plates as per standard.

Repairing of Rising main, delivery main, over flow, wash out pipe line with supplying fitting & fixing PVC pipe (ASTMD schedule-80,medium duty) conforming to ASTMD-1785 and threaded to match with G.I. pipes as per IS,1239 (part-I) with all necessary accessories valves and fitting as per ISI marks, including laying UPVC distribution main as per departmental speciation to feed the water nearest to houses at least one habitation gate water through stand post and complete the all works as per drawing & as per direction of E.I.C. Rectification of existing M. S. structure top frame (for mounting of SPV) to make 20 to 25 inclination for getting better solar irradiation effect by gas cutting the existing one, Welding buy supplying of M.S angles channel etc of existing size as required to complete the job cost in all respect including hearing charges of required nos. of labour, tool-tackles, consumables like electrode etc. And providing other safety measures all complete as per entire satisfaction of E. I. C.

Lowering & re-installation of IM-II set along with delivery pipe line ,other parts as necessary and as direction of E. I. C.

Supply, delivery and installation double layer HDPE water storage tank having capacity of 5000lit. At a staging height of 3mtr. Of approved make and brand including unching of required nos. of holes and necessary pipeline connection all complete as per direction of E.I.C. (make - Approved make, the suppplied HDPE tank should have warranty of 5years.)
