Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly Upto 9.0 mtr. Size 0.6x0.6x1.70 mts

Extra on items 1& 2 above, for providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) suitable for alkathene/ polythene pipe entry as directed for street light wiring, incl. S & F 25cmx25cmx10cm GI Loop box, 16SWG & incl. drilled hole in pole

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, asgivenbelowwithreadymixed paint/primerofapprovedmake, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole

(i)1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming

(ii)2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat

Testing & Commissioning by providing skilled technician / Engineer of the above lighting arrangement as per direction and upto the entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Supply and delivery at site of 20 mtrs. Steel tubular pole with following specification and accessories: a) No. of section - 3 Section length - 7115 mm Section thickness (Bottom, Middle, Top) - 5,4,4 Top face to face inside - 200 mm Bottom face to face - 450 mm Material for section - MS plate/ strip with hot dip galvanized both internally and externally. Base plate - 725 mm x 32 mm thick MS plate. Foundation bolt - M32 x 1200(12 Nos) Make: Utkarsh/ GE/ Approved make b) Lantern carriage suitable to fix 12 Nos. luminaries in single luminaries configuration, 3 point suspension head frame, compensating Disc, L-stopper (3 Nos.), Manual operating handle, Motor mounting plates, Lightning arrestor etc. c) Double arm winch, motor, S.S. wire rope(Grade - AISl316), trailing cable, junction box, all SS hardware to fix wire, cable & luminaries. d) Aviation obstruction light Double Dome GLS type e) Outdoor feeder pillar box made of powder coated sheet metal panel consists of contactor, MCB and the timer for operating the luminaries and power tools f) LED Flood light fitting of 12 sets with each of 250W / 210W complete. [ Make: Philips/ Crompton/ Any other approved ] Making suitable foundation for the above steel tubular pole as per soil bearing capacity 10 MT/ m2 and normal condition making excavation of earth with supply of cement, stone chips, reinforces steel, brick, labour etc complete.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Making earthing arrangement with 2 Nos. 50 mm. dia. X 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 mtr. Long G.l. perforated electrode to be filled with bitumen partly under ground level and partly above ground level by using TATA medium Gl pipe including cost of providing masonary enclosure on the top of the earth electrode and cost of treatment of soil by using charcoal or coke along with interconnection by 32 x 6 mm GI flates as Der le rule.

Testing & Commissioning of the above High Mast lighting arrangement as per direction and upto the entire satisfaction of the EIC.

Construction of cable trench from four pole structure at WTP and DP structure at intake to cable loop by providing sand, cement, bricks etc. all required for protection 33KV cable as per direction to complete the job.
