Supply , installation , commissioning and operation & maintenance of Integrated Water Supply Scheme for 56 (Fifty Six) nos. different schools comprising the following components. a) 100 mm X50 mm , upto 350 mtr deep tube well consisting of GI Pipes b) India Mark-II Hand Pump complete set with G.I. Riser pipes and connecting rod. c) Permanent magnet submersible D.C. Solar pump C.I. marked – 1 No. d) 0.7 A pumping start current e) Inbuilt safety devices water level low/overload voltage and current f) Manual tracking arrangement g) Hot dip solar panel- 600 wp h) Control Panel-1 No. i) Cable for the solar pump 2.5mm 3 with clips j) 1 set of tank water level auto control unit-1 Set k) Modified IM-II back up hand pump complete for installation performance as per IS :15500 for 30 mtrs.- 1 Set. l) 1 set of essential accessories set m). 4 tap M.S. Fabricated stand post duly hot dip n) HDPE water storage tank of 5000 ltr capacity. o) 30 mtr delivery pipe from pump to overload tank to stand post along with fittings. p) Operation & maintenance for 12 months (365 Days) from the date of commissioning including repairing / replacement of all the defective spare parts as may be required time to time within the stipulated period at the cost of the agency. The above scheme should not require battery back up. After commissioning of the system, if any defective part of machineries occurs, then it should be repaired/ replaced by the supplier within 7 days.
