(I) Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size excluding shuttering) In ground floor (1:3:6)

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

(ii ) River Bazree

Controlled Cement concrete with will gradeit stone chips (20 m graded naminat sus exuding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concrete as per is: 456 and movant special publications, submission of jot kemuka after primary mas design after testing of concrete cubes ar per direction of Engineerin charge Consumpron of cament will not be less than 320 Kg of cement with Super plasticaer per cubic meter of controlled concrete but actual consumption will be determined on the bass of preliminary test and job max loumula. In ground floor and foundation. (using concrete mixture) M 30 Grade

(ii ) N.B Variety (Stone metal)

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.

(a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m

(a) Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering & necessary staging upto 4m. using stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required pracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels, curved or streaight including fitting, fixing and staiking out after completion of works.

For New FHTC- Providing FHTC from the existing CI/DI/Upvc/HDPE/GI/AC distribution pipe line by installing 10 mm N.B gunmetal Ferrule conforming to IS2692:1989 with latest amendments on the said pipeline with supply , fitting and fixing of all other accessories like sliding piece of required size to fit then existing distribution ofg pipe line , specials nuts & bolts , rubber sheet, washers etc and supply and laying of 15 mm NB Pvc (SCHEDULE 80) / 20 mm OD HDPE (PE-100, PN-16)/20mm OD PPR-C(Class- SDR7.4/PN16) pipe average (15 meter length) with all necessary specials 1.0 meter below the ground connecting the ferrule including cutting trench in all shorts of soil and filling of trenches as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge and upto a point just inside the premises of the house hold or as directed by EIC.Supply and installation of 15 mm dia alloy iron bib cock (tested to 21kg/cm2) above 1meter from ground, and alloy stop cock of 15mm Dia with brass spindle (tested to 21 kg/cm2) to be fitted in position as directed by EIC G.I pipe of TATA make( Medium Duty) of 2 m length will all necessary specials to continue from the end of then HDPE/PVC Pipe and upto 1.0 m above ground within the premises of the household.

Note: 1. PVC Pipe shall be of schedule -80 (Medium Duty) conforming to ASTM 1785 and threaded to match with GI pipes as per IS 1239 ( part-1) 2. PPR-C (Poly Propelene Random Co polymer) pipe shall be 3 -Layer conforming to IS 15801 UV Stablised and anti -microbial fushion welded , having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply , incl all PP-Rplain brass threaded poly propelene random fittings 3. Rate is exclusive of supply and delivery of 10mmNB gunmetal ferrule /flow control valve 4.Payment of supply and laying of 15 mm NB PVC(Schdule-80)/20mm OD HDPE(PE 100 ,PN16)/ 20mm OD PPR-C(Class -SDR7.4/PN16) pipe with all necessary specials 1m below the ground will be made on actual measurement basis .The rate of this item is Rs 117/m
