Checking of healthy condition of all Feeders by Electrician having ITI (Electrician) certificate and findings to be recorded in the Log Book as per direction of EIC

Project ,EOT Crane, Chemical Dosing system, actuator valves and other electrical installation ancillaries by engaging an Electrician and Mechanic as and when required engaged by the agency having ITI Certificate in Electrical Trade as per direction of EIC

Beautification of existing Garden and the vacant place in side the compound by engaging 2nos mali and required no. labour including supplying of necessary seasonal flower plants, decorative plants and other fruit plants (if suggested by the Deptt.) Supplying necessary fertilizer, bio-chemical, manure, pesticide, Insecticides ,petrol etc. as and when necessary including regular curing, watering, nursing, uprooting, seasonal plants, propagation by cutting, turfing, pruning plantation of sapling in side the WTP complex as per direction of EIC.

Inspection and calibration, cleaning for filter, washing of Flow meter in rising and distribution mains, Ultrasonic meter in parshall flume, raw water inlet line by authorised representative once in as per direction of EIC. The rate is inclusive of service charges of authorised experts, wages of mechanic and labors, hiring charges of vehicles tools and tackles and all type of incidental charges as may be required to complete the job in all respect.

Recording of reading in Log Book of Bulk water meter installed in different places in rising mains and distribution mains by deploying appropriate personnel once in a month within the 2nd day of very month as per direction of EIC.

Transportation of empty chlorine Toner from Lakshmanpur Water Treatment Plant to gaseous chlorine filling workshop by hired vehicle, unloading the same including refilling of chlorine gas , loading the filled in chlorine gas cylinder after refilling the empty cylinder back to the Lakshmapur Water Treatment Plant by a hired vehicle and unloading by providing all necessary precautionary measures as per direction of EIC. Toner Capacity-850KG .(all testing certificates and original delivery challan of the service providing unit with mentioning cylinder number should be provided after refilling of cylinder, rate is inclusive of chlorine gas and all charges )

Day to day operation of computer system for keeping record of Pump running hours, Chemical consumption, Water flow rates, Electricity consumption, and other related WTP operational data, Physical stock of Chemical at Lakshmanpur Water Treatment Plant and record of bulk consumer and house connection account if necessary as per direction of EIC.

Day to day stock keeping at site store including receipt, issue & handling of materials by engaging one experienced storekeeper and one helper as per direction of EIC.(on General shift). In case of exigency material may be issued beyond general shift.

Day to day maintenance and upkeeping of 500KVA diesel Generator set including mandatory replacement of Air Filter(Outer)-2nos, Air Filter(inner)-2nos, hose set-1no,coolent-10ltr Pack, Diesel Filter Asssembly-1No, V-Belt-6nos as required and cleaning of Radiator by Greaves Authorised Service agent as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning of sludge beds (24nos) including scraping of deposits, leveling of beds and disposal of waste at nearest of disposal point, as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of backwash recovery sedimentation tank (4nos) including dewatering by hired pump including carrying and fuel charges as applicable scrapping of deposits and disposal of same at nearest disposal point, as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of clarifoculator tanks(2nos) by emptying the same and scrapping off all deposits from the walls, mechanical structures, including cleaning by bleaching, anticorrosive painting of underwater mild steel structures as direct by EIC.

Cleaning of feed water channel and aeration tank by emptying the same and scrapping off all deposits from the walls as per direction of EIC.

Providing one supervisor and one Engineer on full time basis having diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and experienced in the same nature of job for supervising the entire Water Treatment Plant area by liasoning with PHED officials as well as Local Authorities for maintaining smooth supply of water
