Construction of 2.5m x 1.5m x1.5m depth neutrilization pith

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drain in all sorts of soil ( including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing spreading or stacking the spoil with in a lead of 75 m as directed .The item includes necessary a) Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,000 mm. but not requiring shoring.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layer not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water ramming complete including cost of supply of sand.

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (a) In foundation and plinth

(b) In superstructure, ground floor

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. i) Pakur variety

Plaster ( to wall, floor , ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and racking out joints or roughening of concrete surface including throating nosing and drip course where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] a) With 1:6 Cement mortar ( 25mm thick)

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall. dedo, window sill floor etc Note- Cement0.152 Cum per 100sqm

Moveable Galvanized plain sheet Pit cover M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (i) Grill weighing above 10 Kg./sq.mtr and up to 16 Kg./sq. mtr.

Galvanised plain sheet works (excluding supporting framework) fitted and fixed with 6 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts and nuts, sheet-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty with 150 mm. end lap & 50 mm minimum side lap complete. (a) In roof: with 0.63 mm. sheets.

Supply delivery arrd storage at site of caustic Soda Flskes as per IS-252-20L3 {@300 kg,/site}

Making Acrylic cnamel of epoxy paint in the inside surface of the neutrilization pith after praperation the surface using primer as per direction of EI.C

Making internal wiring /electrification of Pump House by 2x 22/0.3(1.5DSq mm + 1x 22/0.3(1.5sqmm) single core PVC insulated multistranded FRLSH grade flexible copper wire through 20mm PVC conduit pipe/cashing by supplying one no 40Amp, 10KA , 240/415V , 50HZ, SPN/DP MCB isolator conforming to IS/IEC:60947-3, C characterise / As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no-PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated-25-09-21 with required model PVC Board & Piano key type switch (Avg Run 6mtr). i) LED Tube Set point-2nos, Bulk Head light point-1no each with necessary earthing arrangement & one fan point(Total point 6nos)including drawing power DB through 20mm PVC cashing caping (precision make) as per direction of EIC(fitting cut-out to SPN/DP MCB wiring should be with continuous earthing arrangement and 20W two no?s x 4ft long LED tube light make-Philips, Bulk Head light M.No- Endra WT202W LED6S NW PSU S2 PC one nno 0.4 Stap fan regulator fitting etc to be supplyed by agency

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium GI Pipe)x 3.04 Mtr. long and 1x 19/8 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mrn dia x 80 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washer including S & F 15 mm dia Gl pipe (ISI Medium) protection (1 Mts, long) to be filled wlth bitumin partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven an avarage depth of 3.65 Mts below the ground

Extra for proviiding masonery enclosure on the top of the earth eiectrode of overall size 86.3 crn x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep{below Ground level} complete with cernented brick work{1.:6} of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover { size 36.56 cm x 35.5 cm with locking arran6ement, Gl reducer including drilling of 46 nos 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip} MS ftat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 rnrn frorn wall including providing drilled holes on the birsbar (ornplete with 6l bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.
