Supply & delivery of 200 mm nominal dia UPVC casing pipe having 3.0 meter length each, both end threaded and one end socketed as per direction of EIC and as per IS:12818-2010 (CIPET Certified) Make- Oriplast/Utkarsh/Supreme/Dupol NB- Material to be supplied as per requirement of site .

Washing and developing tube well with air compresssor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours contineous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallon per hour with V notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants scaffolding as required.

Making suitable size tubewell foundation guard 1m x 1 m as required dimension with supplying of necessary cement brick, sand and stone chips including plastering and neat cement finish complete masonary works and hinge MS fabricated top gate with locking arrangement as per direction of EIC.

Supplying, installation and lowering in position solar Panel based AC Submersible pumping machinery (Preferably with stainless steel fabricated components) with solar cable & cable connector kit, PV Panel (IEC 61215:2015 certified),Controller,Overhead protection, Dry run protection, Auto Restart facility, Float switch with water level sensors, software for start-up of motors, making necessary connections with supplying G.I.Controller box and supplying 32mm dia PVC column pipe 42m length including earthing etc.as per direction of the EIC. i)Solar Panel Configuration:4 panels of 325 Wp (72 cell) each (solar Panel to be installed on top of M.S.Supporting structure); ii.)Submersible pump capacity 1.00 HP,14 Stage,32mm outlet dia (preferably oil filled) KSB/Crompton or renowned brand and including Operation and maintenance of entire installations for 5 years (except day to day operation) which includes: a) Cleaning of site, checking of valves and pipes, checking of electrical connections, cleaning solar panel etc. Twice in a month; b) Replacement of damaged Valves, Bib cocks and any other parts of all units as and when necessary; c) Repair/replacement of pumping machinery, i/c controller, PV panel, wiring, switches etc. as and when necessary; d) Painting of M.S. structure and all painted surface at the end of each year.

Supplying and erecting in postion Mild Steel (as per IS 800, 808 and other relevent code) Supporting structure, M.S plate (3.55 mm thick) at top platform (2.1 mx2.1 m), including M.S. Ladder (Suitably placed), for supporting PVC Tanks (including supply of 5000 lit. capacity PVC/HDPE tank of approved quality with closed top with lid (Black) - Multilayer as shown in the drawing) and Solar Panel, all necessary pipeline connections with all PVC pipes from Tubewell to delivery, specials, valves all complete as per approved drawing and specification and direction of Engineer in charge.(minimum weight 1080 kg). Reinforcement should be Tor Steel / Mild Steel, SAIL/ TATA/RINL.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD -1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). With all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, long screw, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials ,jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads ,cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.) i. 15 mm dia.

ii. 25 mm dia.

iii. 32 mm dia.

iv. 40 mm dia.

Supplying, fitting, fixing, Chain link (75 mm. x 75 mm. x 8 g.) fencing of approved quality with iron posts by means of welding arround the Solar Pannels platform by supplying, fitting, fixing galvenized on MS angle of approved quality which grouted on the earth by cement concreting as per drawing including an arrangement and provision of a gate with lock & key facility should be provided as per necessary direction of the E.I.C. Total length of fencing 15.4 rmt (Height 2.30mtr.) Note: Deduction @ Rs. 1572.00 will be made for each meter for less execution.

Construction of RCC street stand post (700mm height)of RCC (1:1.5:3) footing over 75mm thick 4:2:1 P.C.Cover a single B/F soling with 1% reinforcement, connected withsaddle piece & 15mm dia brass ferrule with supplying fitting, fixing 15mmdiaG.I. nipple, G.I.socket,G.I.200mm x 150mm reducing elbow and 20mmdia GI(m) TATA pipe of(avg.) 2.6mtr. long and one15mm dia alloy Iron with brass spindle bib cock with socket and 20mm G.I.elbow 2nos.with 15mm GI(m)TATA pipe of 0.225mtr. for connection of stand post to distribution line as per deptt.design and drawing as per direction of EIC along with Construction of platform of size CC platform(1:2:4) over a single B/F soling below G.L over 150mm. thick sand filling, neat cement finish over platform and inner side of band and 15mm thick cement plaster (4:1)on top of platform band and outside upto G.L.as per deptt. drawing and as per direction of EIC

Supply of 9 mtr solar Mini Mast with single section suitable for wind speed upto 50m/s as per IS 875 with ring type luminaries carriage suitable to install 4 nos 80 watt Integrated solar .All in one fixtures along monkey ladder for mainatanance purpose top A/F 100 mm & Bottom A/F 360 mm sheet thickness 3mm Base plate 520 x 16 mm thick including of transportation loading and unloading at site. Make-Bajaj/Havells/Valmont/Phed approved.

Supply of 6 nos M24 x 750 mm foundation bolts Manufacture from special steel as per grade (TS-600) along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates.

Supply of 80 watt LED intregrated solar all in one fitting consists of battery with battery box at solar panel and controller as required for providing 12 hours reducing back up with 5 years maintenance.

construction of suitable shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for solar mini mast consedering soil bearing capacity 10T/ sqmtr at 2 mtr depth with all materials & labour and decorated with tiles/marbel, railing etc(If necessary) payment made as per schedule and as per direction of EIC.

Making double earthing arrangement in compliance with IE rules by G.I. pipe electrode of 50 mm. dia 3 mtr. Long 2 Nos for panel and pumping machinery 25 mm. x 6 mm. G.I. earth strips from earth pit to panel and all other accessories required to complete the work.

Erection of Solar Mast by using lifting equipments like Hydra etc and fixing of foundation bolt, Anchor plate etc with necessary arrangement.

Testing and Commissioning of all electrical equipments of solar mast like integrated solar
