During the period of Operation & Maintenance, all necessary manpower technical skilled or unskilled, all accessories (civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumental) oil, lubricants and other consumable materials for Blower & Compressor etc which are required for normal operation shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost, PHE Department will bear only the cost of electricity. Any petty repairing, breakdown or defect shall be promptly rectified or replaced by contractor and cost of oil, lubricant or consumable materials for repairs etc that during the idle period shall be borne by the contractor. If the contractor fails to rectify or replace the defects in reasonable time, the same will be done by employing other agency and the relevant expenditure will be realized from the payments and S.D.Money. Responsible technical representative of the contractor must visit the site at regular intervals and also on call during the period and inform to the E.I.C.
