Plum concrete work with 40% cement concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60% stone boulder size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed, excluding shuttering if any (1:3:6) proportion.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 30 mm down graded stone metal excluding shuttering with N.B variety stone metal.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (ii) River Bazree.

Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams,columns, lintels curved or staight including fitting fixing and striking out after complection of works. (upto roof of ground floor). (a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of the Engineer-in-charge. With Staging.

Reinforcement (for RCC works) in all sorts of structure including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of bars, initial straightening and removal of loose rust if necessary cutting to requisite length hooking & bending to corrrect shape placing in proper position and binding with 16 swg black annealed wire at every intersection complete as per drawing & direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m. JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL/ELECTROSTEEL/SSL.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. (iii) with 1:4 cement mortar. a) 20 mm.thick plaster.

b) 15 mm.thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick in wall, dado, window, sills, floor, drain etc. NOTE:- Cement 0.152 cu.m. per 100 sq.m.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position Precast R.C.C. slab Manhole/pit cover of approved make with rim of approved make (Heavy type). 560mm dia.

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Note:- 1. Manufacturers test certificate is to be submitted for the pipes & specials before laying of pipe. 2. No payment at any stage on account of supply of materials shall be entertained. 3. Permission from Superintending Engineer / Executive Engineer is to be taken before painting the pipe /fittings (Exposed work)

Providing FHTC from the existing CI/DI/uPVC/HDPE/GI/AC distribution pipeline by installing 10 mm NB Gun-metal Ferrule conforming to IS 2692-1989 on the said pipeline with supply,fitting & fixing of all other accessories like saddle piece of required size to fit the existing distribution pipeline,specials,nut & bolts,rubber sheet,washers etc and supply laying of 15 mm NB PVC(schedule 80)/20 mm OD HDPE(PE100,PN16) pipe (average 15 mm length) with all necessary specials 1.0metre below the ground connecting the ferrule including cutting trenches inall sorts of soil and filling up trenches as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge and upto a point just inside the premises of the household or as directed by EIC.supply and installation of a 15mm dia. alloy iron Bib Cock (tested to 21kg/cm2) above 1.0mtr.from ground,an alloy Stop Cock of 15 mm dia. with brass spindle(tested to 21kg/cm2) to be fitted in a position as directed by E.I.C. G.I.pipe (medium duty) of 2 metre leanth with all necessary specials to continue from the end of the HDPE/PVC pipe and upto 1.0 m above ground within the premises of household. Note:- 1. PVC Pipe shall be of schedule -80 (Medium Duty) conforming to ASTM 1785 and threaded to match with GI pipes as per IS 1239 ( part-1) 2. PPR-C (Poly Propelene Random Co polymer) pipe shall be 3 -Layer conforming to IS 15801 UV Stablised and anti -microbial fushion welded , having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply , incl all PP-Rplain brass threaded poly propelene random fittings 3. Rate is exclusive of supply and delivery of 10mmNB gunmetal ferrule /flow control valve 4.Payment of supply and laying of 15 mm NB PVC(Schdule-80)/20mm OD HDPE(PE 100 ,PN16)/ 20mm OD PPR-C(Class -SDR7.4/PN16) pipe with all necessary specials 1m below the ground will be made on actual measurement basis .The rate of this item is Rs 117/m 5. Third party test certificate from PHED approved inspecting agencies like CEPET of India SGS/NTH Kolkata or as per direction of Superintending Engineer / Executive Engineer as per approved vendor list is required to be submitted for the HDPE /PVC pipes /UPVC pipes/ PPR-C pipe during execution of work. 6. Manufacturers test certificate is to be submitted for the pipes HDPE /PVC pipes /UPVC pipes/ PPR-C pipe & specials to be produced before laying of pipe.. 7. No payment at any stage on account of supply of materials shall be entertained. 8. Payment will be made on actual consumption of materials. 9. Pipes for the works to be supplied as per approved vendor list and as per direction of & satisfaction of Superintending Engineer / Executive Engineer. No pipes will be allowed beyond recommended vendor list. 10. Ferrule will be supplied departmentally.
