PART-B Installation of all items as mentioned in Sl.No.1 to 24(Part-A) including construction of Pump foundations, pipe supports, valve supports, laying of cables with necessary jointing materials, earthing arrangement of motors, starters, including supply of all erection items viz. rubber gaskets, nuts & bolts etc., including cost of welding etc. as required for complete installation as per Hydraulic standard & IE rules in compliance with specification of NIT and upto entire satisfaction of EIC.

Painting of the installation (viz. pumps,valves, pipe lines etc. by two coats of epoxy paint (colour to be decided by EIC) over a coat of primer as per NIT specifiaction & direction of EIC.

Testing & Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. Pumps, Motors,valves etc. as in PART A of (Sl no. 1 to 24) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.

Operation & guarding of the pumping machinery with full satisfaction of EIC.

Supervision charges for electrical installation by licensed electricians per IE rules 1956 read with latest amendments overhead expenditures etc

Double tank chlorination arrangement of installed metering pump (Chlorine Dosing Pump)

Supply & installation at site including design and manufacturing of Alluminium composite panel [ ACP 3 mm ALUDECOR Exterior AL-33 ] LED board with 12 mm imported acrylic pasted vinyl letter with one side glassing alluminium tube of site 2.5" x 1.5" x 1.3 mm with different colour LED as per direction of EIC. The board should have in built power circuit board connected with LED lamp suitable for operating in 230 volt, 50 Hz AC supply. [ Size 5' x 3'6" ] (For, PH-I, PH-II, PH-III & PH-IV)

Supply and delivery at site of 5 meter conical flanged type GRP Street light pole with base plate at bottom, top ID-85+/- 2, bottom ID-150+/-2 including GI(EN8) Anchor bolts (4 nos.) all complete as per direction of EIC.

Fabricating module arm made up from MS for installation of the solar module and LED luminaries on supplied GRP Street Light Pole as in item no. 1.00 including single coating red lead primer and double coated aluminium painting as per direction of EIC.

Erection of 5 Mtr Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x750 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.50 mt. above ground level including 2 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt and earthing arrangement by 8SWG GI Wire,after making drilled holes etc. on pole including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.

Supply and fixing of integrated Solar 15 Watt LED street Light in Aluminium Extruded enclouser IP65 with built in Mono or Poly Crystalline panel, Lithium Ferro Phospate (LiFePo4) battery, MPPT Charge Controller and PIR Sensor with Colour temperature between (5500-6500) degree K having following minium specification on top of tubular pole Solar Panel 40W peak or higher, lumen otput:120 lumen/watt, vbiewing angle:120 degree or higher, RED LED for battery low, GREEN LED for solar charging, battery capacity 12 V, 18 AH or higher, autonomy 2 days, Expected battery life 2000 cycles, in built BMS for battery safety, maintenance free operating temperature of (LiFePo4 -10 deg. to +55 deg. c, High efficiency90%, battery charging time not more than a day, Reverse polarity protection for battery & solar panel, over charge & deep discharge protection for battery, over voltage & over current protection from solar PV module, dusk to Dawn operation, cooling air natural.BIS/MNRE/IEC approved
