PART - B (Supervision Portion)

Skilled Supervisor for supervision of entire installation for trouble free operation incl. manning, control, output data genaration etc.

Sweeping of garbage from bins of different area inside the plant, Colleting from roads, intermediate path way, back side of the plant,cleaning of surrouding surface drains, cleaning of roofs including collection of dust and also mopping of inside area of the whole plant, rooms to ensure highest level of hygenic condition inside the plant , cleaning of all grease strains throughly including supply of all necessary T&P item like brooms,approved disinfectant,floor cleaner, room freshner etc as per direction of EIC for 12 Months

PART - C (Daily/Weekly/Monthly Maintenance)

Making arrangement for adequate care for day to day and weekly preventive maintenance to keep the plant healthy. All the machines and apparatus need to be cleaned and washed every time before and after use. The machines and apparatus, electrical panel board switches, switch gear etc. to be monitored and checked for its proper functioning Weekly Maintenance to be done preferably on weekly holiday by deploying skilled man power in WTP area (4 times in month), PET Blowing, RFC, Labelling, Batch coding & Shrink Wrapping Machine( 4 times in a month) and HP compressor with Dryer, LP compressor with Dryer, Chiller, Cooling Tower, CW pump, all pneumatic conveying main etc ( 4 times in a month).Raw materials to be kept properly in good condition. Deployment of skilled technician of work force to undertake routine (daily/weekly/monthly) maintenence work viz. CIP, Lubrication, Greasing, Tightening of nuts, Cheking condition of Belt & Air Filter, Alingment as requires and regular upkeepment in different parts of plant including fitting of departmental supplied spares as and when required as per direction of E.I.C. Static Portion: WTP areas (dual media, UF, RO, Ozonator etc.) Dynamic Portion: PET Blowing machine, RFC, Labelling Machine, Shrink Wrapping Machine, H.P. Compressor with dryer, L.P. Compressor with dryer, Chiller Tower, CW pump etc. incl. lickage test of entire pnumetic, conveying main incl. calibration of gauges. Miscellaneous Charges: Supply, delivery & keep ready stock of different lubrication oil and grease for daily replenishment/ topping of grease (AP2) & lubrication oil 30 grade, RFC & labelling m/c, recip oil for HP compressor & other compressor oil including changing of fuse wires, tubes, bulbs etc. Period from :

Making arrangement for preventive maintenance (ONCE IN EVERY FOUR MONTHS) of a)PET Blowing Machine b) RFC Machine c) Labelling Machine d) Batch Coding Machine e) High pressure Compressor with Dryer f) Low pressure Compressor with Dryer g) Chiller h) Cooling Tower i) Shrink Wrapping machine j) Water Treatment Plant by deploying Service Enginner of the parent manufacturing company as per preventive maintenance schedule with all incidental charges for setting and resetting of different critical process related field instruments alongwith replacement of spares of these plants . A seperate register for attaing these preventive maintenace by the parent manufacturing company is to be kept at site duly authenticated by the concerned Engineer-In -charge and should be submitted during preparation of bill. PART-D (Water Testing Laboratory)

Providing 1 (one) no. chemist of minimum qualification M.Sc/B.Sc (Hons.) in chemistry & 1 (one) no. Bacteriologist of minimum qualification M.Sc/B.Sc. (Hons.) in Micobiology having experience in water testing laboratory and 1 (one) no. experienced Laboratory Assistant for day to day testing of water samples for physical, chemical & bacteriological analysis and to keep records of such testing and taking including cleaning sweeping of laboratory premises, dusting of apparatus, furnitures, washing of utensils etc.necessary action towards maintaining the standard of testing all complete as per direction of EIC

PART-E (Fssai licence renewal for the year 2024-25)

Official Charges for renewal of FSSAI licence (to be renewed in due course) alongwith annual return submission through D1 form.

Initiation of online renewal process by collection of materials from all sources with necessary filing of the same to the authority concerned person acquanted with the process.

Incedental charges including transportation, fooding, convience stationaries for food safety official visit (2 times) in the time of renewal alongwith subsiquent annual return submission and before due date of filing.
