Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor). a) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation.

b) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision &ddirection of the E.I.C. in foundation.

Labour for horizontal boring under pucca road etc. for laying UPVC pipe line through horizontal boring incl. all labour , tools & plants incl. all incindental charges all complete as per direction and instruction E.I.C. up to 150 mm dia or 180 mm OD

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of NON-TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) (A) For Exposed Work (i) 80 mm dia. medium quality

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Disinfection of distribution line (AC/DC/CI) by flushing with water containing bleaching power @ 56mg/lit of water and cleaning the same with fresh water. The water should remain in the main for a minimum period of 24 hrs. the bleaching power solution will be applied continuously for a period of time to provided a column of chlorinate water in contact with all inner surface of the main for period of at least 3 hrs. operation (To be repeated twice) (The DCM brand bleaching power and water will be supplied by the Agency) 100mm.dia.

Hydraulically testing of different type (AC/DI/CI) of pipe in section by hand pump and the proposed field testing to check the quality of workmanship of pipeline and the quality of pipe. The test pressure shall be kept 105 times to the actual operating pressure (i.e the test pressure recommended by ISI for corresponding pipe materials) whether the gauge pressure will remain static for 30 minutes by filling the pipeline with water including supply of all necessary equipments such as generator set, pumps gauge, air compressor in section along with as specified in the specification including providing blank flange duly stiffened with angle or joint section on either side of the pipeline necessary equipments& supply of water will be necessary for testing etc. all complete as per direction of the EIC. (When the water will be supplied by the department the rate will be reduced & 33% from the following rate) 100 mm dia.

Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, dado, window sills, floor, drains etc.

Plaster (to wall, floor,celling etc.) with sand and cement morter(1:4) including rounding off or chamfering Corner as directed and raking out joints including throating,nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary(Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] 1:4 Cement Morter 10 mm thick plaster

Making flange joints in the pipeline (C.I./D.I) with supplhy of Nuts and Bolts with washer (Nut & Boltsll, Washer should be TATA / G.K.W Make).Rubber insertion 6 Kg./Mtr. Sq. 1/8 gauge and other materials required (all standard type and I.S.I approved quality) etc. all complete incl.making joints holes shuttering planking de-watering the trenches and supply of all materials and labour charges all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Withdrawing of DI/CI/UPVC pipes AC pipe after excavation of earth and with the help of chain pulley derrick etc. by dismantling of jointing of rubber gasket joint or lead joint or flange joint and stacking the withdrawn pipes and specials at site store / road flank godown etc. all complete as per direction of EIC. WITHDRAWING PIPES SHOULD BE IN FULL LENGHT AS CONNECTED WITH DI JOINT/JOINTS. a) 80 mm to150 mm AC / DI /CI Pipe.

Bailing or pumping out water from foundation trenches. This item should be executed on the specific direction of the Engineer-incharges when he is satisfied in his absolute discretion, that this has not been necessitated due to any fault on the part of the contractor

Filling empty bags with dry earth or sand, stiching the bag(cost of thread incl) &carring and placing them in position an all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of samdgunney bags.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. thick

Labour for laying 150 mm to 200 mm boulder soling including rough dressing hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the interstics including rolling and preparing the bed to proper level and filling up all joints with sandy clay or earth. R.C.C. well ring made with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 with stone chips and 0.80% reinforcement (including the cost of shuttering and reinforcement) cast at site fitted and fixed in position after proper curing true to plumb in the well including jointing with cement mortar 1:2 complete as per direction. a) 65 mm thick and 0.9 metre internal dia.

Digging earth in any soil including mixed soil but excluding moorum, laterite sand stone or any other hard stone including spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 metres as directed bailing out water upto 1 metre depth, shoring etc., when and if required and back filling with fine sand ( including cost of sand) on completion of steining works A) R.C.C. Ring Well i) 1.2 metre diameter of digging for 0.9 metre internal diameter of well ring. a) Upto 3 metre below G.L.

Labour for propping up overhead members as a precautionary measure against falling as directed with necessary planks, Eucalyptus props, packing nails, wire ropes, iron wires etc. including hire charges of all materials fitting, fixing dismantling and removing the props etc and all ancillary works in this connection
