Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/ staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]With 1:4 cement mortar, (c) 10 mm thick plaster.

Net cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado,floor etc.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.II) II) For Structural Works in Roof Trusses etc. using joists, channels and angles of specified section weighing less than 22.5 kg/ m.

Galvanised corrugated iron sheet work (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 10 mm. dia J or L hook-bolts, limpet and bitumen washers and putty complete with 150 mm. end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work)(GCI sheet to be supplied by contractor)(i) In Roof:-a) With 0.60 mm thick sheet.

Supply & delivery of automatic plunger type chlorinator for feeding accurately automatic controlled dosage of chlorine solution into the water by connecting metering pump with flow rate of water 0-200 LPH with maximum pressure of 12 kg/cm² suitable dosing pump and other necessary accessories on the delivery pipe line as required. The pump shall be coupled with 2 HP motor having 3 phase power and 1440 RPM (±4%) [Make of Machine. As per attached vendor list of PHED].

2 HP DOL starter, relay range 4-6.5 Amp,with coil voltage 440 V,3 Ph, 50 Hz.(Make- Approved Make)

Installation and commissioning of above supplied chlorinator pump set and drawing of power line by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing connected to auto / manual panel. This includes the cost of making necessary brick foundation base with neat cement finish by supplying all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC.

Atfirst removing the 10 Kg/Cm² diaphragm type chlorinator from the existing place with starter, cable etc. then place it newly constructed shed in proper position, this cost included with contruction of base and new dosing line, making all electrical arrangement as per direction of EIC.
